Re: Hero Training Initiative 2E (OOC)

It would be Isabella's turn next, then the next round, so Millions would be up again.

Re: One Piece Game 2E (Recruiting)

Okay, sorry about that. It's Ryan's turn for the battle by the docks and it's Misfortune's turn for the battle in town hall. Also the two groups don't really have to care about whoose turn it is in the other group just follow the initiative for the battle you are in. Sorry for not being clearer abou...

Re: Hero Training Initiative 2E (IC)

yeah they are. If Millions is really that opposed to anyone getting hit she can, but her teamates probably won't be to happy with her doing that.

Re: Hero Training Initiative 2E (IC)

Cicero moves up and jumps across the river, while the only Brenna who hasn't acted yet manages to shake off her suprise and start fight. The Brenna moves to the side away from where the other two are fight Danniel and concentrates to unleash a mental assault towards a member of the other team. Based...

Re: Hero Training Initiative 2E (IC)

One of the Brenna's moves in to assist the first one that's being attacked by Danniel saying " It's just fine, thanks " as she swings her fist towards Danniel. Danny for his part manages to duck under the attack easily and says " I guess you overstated your abilities... Joshua was it? " He looks at ...

Re: Hero Training Initiative 2E (IC)

Danniel appears to have achieved some kind of zen calm-yet-incredibly-focused mental state, as your attack barely registers on him. He just laughs and says " Oh, a psychic. Neat, but your jedi mind tricks are going to have to do better than that. Let's see if how well you can do on a physical front,...

Re: Hero Training Initiative 2E (OOC)

I believe dazzle attacks do work like that, but you would have had to roll another reflex save anyways as it's an area attack (unless you succeded on the first and have evasion). Oh and McGuffin, the 'Brenna' that Danniel attacked is your character so I thought I'd let you know he's standing pretty ...

Re: Hero Training Initiative 2E (IC)

M'rriln takes to the air, about thirty feet up and exhales a bolt of fire towards Jack, but he manages to get out of the way in time.

Re: Hero Training Initiative 2E (OOC)

Sure. Jack's attack goes towards Isabella, Million's and Jesse anyways (Jayden and M'rriln were hanging back, Toledo's in the river, and Danniel already crossed to the other side) so I'll need their rolls against it to see if they're blinded or not.

Re: Hero Training Initiative 2E (IC)

Danniel Denovo runs up and jumps over the lake, easily soaring past it, and moving in to launch a punch at one of the Brenna's, but misses. Toledo moves up to the river and throws his warhammer towards Jack, before continuing across the lake. Due to the far range between them the hammer goes quite w...

Re: One Piece Game 2E (IC): Episode 1; The Legend Begins

The pirates are still unsure, but seem unconvinced by your words.
Nice idea, but it's not good enough to get them to stop just by itself. Intimidate or Bluff (or even something else if you can describe it well enough) are still options though.

Re: Hero Training Initiative 2E (OOC)

If you are trying to use one of those actions I mentioned (or something else entirely), please post that you are doing so on the In game forum, crazyivan.

Also another thing you could do to accomplish that would be to make a power check using your super speed rank against the attack.

Re: One Piece Game 2E (IC): Episode 1; The Legend Begins

Misfortune & Sylva: The other pirates aren't paying attention to you, too focused on the multiple copies of Misfortune dashing around. Carter & Ryan: Ryan's boot smashes into Eric's face, knocking out a few of his teeth and sending him sprawling to the ground. The others are looking very unsure now ...

Re: Hero Training Initiative 2E (OOC)

That sounds like it would be a block or a deflect like move. Since you don't have the interpose feat, I'd say you would have to roll a relex save to see if you were fast enough to make it there and if that succeded then you could make a block check. Or if you had a ranged deflect you could use that ...

Re: Hero Training Initiative 2E (OOC)

Brena did get good enough to notice him, but I'm not sure if Typhon would know that Brena knows he's there. I guess he would assume based on Patrick's exclamation, the others have at least some idea you are there, even if you don't exactly know how they know.
