You can link it, yes, though I would use the Aura Extra instead. This is due to the fact that you would still have to take an action to use your version of nullify, where as an Aura would work automatically upon coming into contact with any form of electronics.

Ah, I see. I had kinda been wanting to make a character who attacked you, but it did no damage, then the next round, the place where you where hit explodes in flame. Kinda like this:

Secondary Effect Extra (new question in latest post from me)

I'm trying to make a character that's using the aforementioned Extra. The part that gives me a problem is, if I want to use a different effect for the secondary one, what is the cost?

Like, If it was Strike 8 (Secondary Effect [Stun 8]) would that be 16pp, 24pp, or something completely different.

That's what I was thinking, epecially since it gave descriptions of different sized objects in Ultimate Power, but I guess that's if you animate something that big to begin with.

If you are Animating an inanimate object, are you stuck with it's initial size, or can you give it Permanent, Innate Growth when you animate it to increase it's size?

Well, Snake's more of a soldier than a spy, and a vrey tough one at that IMO, so I left him at regular defense and toughness for his PL.
