Vehicles as characters

M+M 3e is one of the systems I am contemplating for a game of Space Pirates in the 25th century. Problem is, I'm not exactly satisfied with vehicle rules and I realize that may be a weakness. So I am wondering if anyone has considered making vehicles like characters (constructs)? A friend of mine su...

Re: MnM3e Online Game

Just double checked and unfortunately I am often at work at the slotted time. It would be nice to follow along, being a long time fan of Freedom Force. When I get a chance I'll add you to messenger.

Re: MnM3e Online Game

Sounds pretty cool. I saw this advertised on Freedom Reborn (I've been part of the Freedom Force community longer than I've been here), and I play a few M+M 3e games on Mythweavers (Play by Post site, much fun there). My schedule is erratic so I don't know how often I could do a chat game but I migh...

Just bought it a few moments ago. And right when I'm starting a Play by Post Avengers game.

I'd buy it, and probably use it extensively.

Re: A Place for your Stuff

The game will start at PL 10 and maybe cap at PL 14, if it lasts that long. Advancement will be slow. Captain Werewolf's point made me think of conversion and such. Fortunately, I don't have to use D&D too much, since I can use whatever fiction I want to integrate. And for the most part, I'll be plu...

Re: A Place for your Stuff

The main reason I even consider this is because instead of straight M+M, I am kind of playing an AD&D setting using M+M. Certainly I wouldn't want them to hoard stuff, but at the same time if they find something cool that they earned in an adventure, I don't want them to not be able to use it either...

A Place for your Stuff

I'm wondering if there anyone has come up with alternate rules for dealing with the accumulation of stuff, particularly in games that go outside of the Supers genre? I am working on a game that is using the AD&D Planescape setting (in particular Sigil, the City of Doors), and I am thinking of how to...

Re: Marvel Anime Shows

If you can, Wolverine is worth watching as a sub-titles Japanese, not because of the subs vs dubs thing but simply because the story mostly takes place in Japan and Madripoor and most of the characters are Japanese. It just feels right to me.

Re: Marvel Anime Shows

Yeah the Wolverine anime was based on a story by those two-bit hacks Chris Clairmont and Frank Miller. I don't know what they were thinking.

Re: Marvel Anime Shows

I haven't seen the X-men anime yet, but the Wolverine one was good and the Iron Man anime I couldn't finish. And I watch a LOT of anime.

Since I use Hero Lab religiously for several PbP games, I would love a feature like this.
