Limited to Mental Tasks?

So when you have Quickness "x" ranking but Limited to Mental Tasks. What does this mean? Do they have the ability to think on there feet or are they more able to understand complex code and stuff at a heightened rate? I assume you want the Healing to work only when using the Weaken, and only to the amount taken with the Weaken. I would just call that a type of Uncontrolled Flaw on Healing with you and the GM understanding that what is Uncontrolled is the Strength of the Heal and how you can use it. Thanks! That ...

Ah, I see that now. Thanks! How would this work for a Healing Effect?
Weaken: Stamina 10 linked to Healing 5 (Limited:Self, Source (Life Force Drain), Energized). I don't want the Healing to fade like the Enhanced Abilities.

I have the DC Adventures rules and there doesn't appear to be any Drain ability.

I'm putting together an Omega Red build and need help putting together his Life Force drain. In 3rd Ed Energy Absorption is the closest thing that I can find. I really like your Alchemist X build!! I hope you don't mind but I think I may have to introduce him into a game at some point. I was thinking of him being a bit of an older man though. Old, but still has a good build and and is physically capable. Keep it up! :)

Sorry I wasn't very clear. I didn't mean splitting up in the game, I meant at the table. I don't want the players that aren't playing to get bored and leave to play Xbox (like your example).
