It's in error and should be 4 points/rank. I've asked the production guys about doing an updated version of the PDF when there's time.

Regarding the "Merge with Subject" extra for Possession, what exactly is that meant to imply, apart from the user's body disappearing? Do I get a full-fledged sensory link (for example, if I went and possessed a hawk, would I be able to use its superior eyesight), or would I need to buy a linked Mind Reading power with the appropriate extra for that?

No, I'd say the possessor has access to the host's senses, effectively using them as his own, just like the host's other physical abilities.

I'd exclude any Mental Senses from this access, though

Hey I have a question about Psychic Vampirism. The writeup seems to violate the Healing entry in which Energizing requires you take on the removed conditions and cannot use Healing to eliminate your own fatigue.
Is this a purposefull exception? I ask because I have had a GM allow just such an exception, only to realize it makes Minions into Extra Effort batteries.

I'm glad I came on this thread, because I just bought this PDF and was confused about that as well. Thanks for this clarification!

This, on the other hand, struck me when I read it and doesn't appear to have been answered yet. The prohibition against healing your own fatigue seems to be very explicit and strong in the HH -- why the change here?
