He recently gained his powers after foot ball practice , his grand father knew the day might come when JD would gain powers. So took him under his wing to teach him how to be a hero. Even supplying him with a costume, with his grand father knowing his secret, he found a great way of keeping his parents from finding out about his extra-curricular activities.

Costume:
Omega wears a blue and white body suit, with matching boots, a jacket, and aviation glasses to cover his face. A belt hangs loosely around his waist.

Builders Notes
I thought I had done a 3E version of myself, but I guess not.. So I did so now.

Too bad princess Ardala and her henchman never returned for the second season. Ardala never really did anything except look hot. Col. Wilma Deering looked just as good and had actual skills to be useful in a fight.

Kane could have done a better job, but Ardala kept on holding him back.

Re: JD's 3E: Goddess Allandria

Nice Allandria profile!

While I don't know the character, I am impressed with the PL 18 and the powers of rebirth! Sort of sounds like Marvel's Phoenix Force, including the increased will ranks, majestic aura, self-sustenance, protective shield, movement, etc.

Could this build, with some adjustment for the different powers, be used for when the Phoenix Force is bound to a host?

The character is meant to represent, the pantheon of my D&D world I had created. Just giving them the 3E polish. I suppose it could, with a little creative finagling. Though the Phoenix Force, is essentially a integral part of the universe made manifest. It be difficult to gauge its true power level. Making it more of PLX individual. Even my own "God" builds fall short, because I prefer to use an array over a "Variable" power. Making them more "Super heroic".

Given a few, I can come up with a rough template.

Phoenix Power:
·Variable 6 (Limited: to enhancing psychic powers & primary defense & Movement, Limited: Cannot be changed once set, until assuming a new host)

Builders Notes
The template got re-written, as of today; for an upcoming phoenix build in the near future. I've decided that the Jean Grey "Phoenix". Sits comfortably at a PL 13, though this changes the more she becomes uncontrollable, and rises up to a PL 16. At the same time, the Phoenix Force , is meant to take over the form of the most powerful Telepath (so I've always wondered why Prof. X, was not chosen, till later reetconning in the last few years of Marvel). And I am definetly not going to get started, on the Phoenix 5 arc I have heard about. So the stats written above, are for a controlled Phoenix Host , who has not been corrupted by the vast power that the Phoenix Force offers. No mortal being was meant to house the Phoenix force for long, with some kind of Psychology damage , which is no wonder why it requires a being with at least 10 ranks of Telepathy to house it's spirit.
