another hero from stanleemedia, the accuser is a bit of a change from the battlesuit archetype, in that he doesn't have the typical supergenius that goes along with the suit. in fact, it was given to him by the mysterious Echelon organization, and he's become something of a reluctant feild agent for them. at least, that's where i'm presuming the series would have gone had SLM not closed it's doors.
