:arrow: The only thing which the Chaos Wave changed about Callisto was to increase her already superhuman senses. Most of the Morlocks were left untouched by the Chaos Wave.

Description of Powers:Callisto has even greater superhuman senses now. Not only can she accurately and at a great distances detect things with her normal sight, hearing and sense of smell, but can see things in the microscopic scale, infrared and ultra-violet spectrum. She is unfortunately more vulnerable to sensory overload than in the past.

History:The Chaos Wave was both a blessing and a curse for many, including the leader of the Morlocks, Callisto. Her right eye was restored to full function and then some, as her already superhuman senses grew and expanded to new levels. She could see the particals of dust floating around her in full detail, hear was was going on in the streets above like never both. Most of the Morlocks were, thankfully, spared any changes one way or the other by the Chaos Wave. Callisto remained their leader, having to adapt to her new sensory input and the fact that even normal sunlight can hurt her eyes. Taken to wearing black shades, she sees the changes the world has undergone and fears even more for the Morlocks.

For despite the new laws against discrimination which had been passed, there were those who still hated and feared them for how they looked, for what they could do. Thus 2 years later Callisto still leads the Morlocks, helping them to remain hidden from the majority of humanity above while fighting to survive in a world that fears their kind. It helps to have the changed Caliban acting as a guardian to the Morlock tunnels entrance.

Description:Callisto appears much as she always has, a woman with a good figure but fairly average looking face. Her right eye was restored by the Chaos Wave, both being blue and intense. She wears her black hair short, easier to clean. She tends to wear a black leather tube top and slacks, along with knee-length boots.

:arrow: Caliban was one of those greatly changed by the Chaos Wave, turned into a being with the upper torso and face of an attractive human female, while her lower body is that of a green scaled snake.

Description of Powers:Naga has the upper torso of an attractive human female, with enhanced strength, toughness and a pair of fangs in her mouth which can inject paralytic venom. Her lower body is that of a green scaled snake, possessing superhuman strength and prehensile in nature, enabling her to grapple very effectively with it. She has enhanced reflexes and can see into the infrared spectrum, as well as detect targets with her sense of smell. Using her lower body, she can smash things with superhuman force and crush those in its grip. Her body is highly flexible and she can easily squeeze out of any restraints. She also has the ability to blend into her surroundings like a chameleon.

History:Caliban suddenly felt like his very form was on fire, as it twisted and warped in various ways. Not able to take it, he blacked out from the intense pain of his changing form. Only to awaken to see the other Morlocks looking upon his new form, that of an attractive female with a snake-like lower body. It took her months to get used to her new form, with the help of the other Morlocks and the fact that the humans above seemed to have forgotten about them, thanks to the events caused by the Chaos Wave. Pledging to defend the Morlocks and their tunnels with her life, she is now the guardian of the entrance to the Morlock tunnels, one of the most powerful out of their numbers now. At least the X-Men have ensured that no hate groups with a lot of firepower have been able to assult their home.

Description:Delia has the upper torso and face of an attractive human woman in an athletic build, while her lower body is that of a large green snake which is 6' long. Her hair is red and worn down to her shoulders, while her eyes are yellow and snake-like. She only wears a simple tube top, as her lower body hides anything which could embarass her.

Description of Powers:Hellspawn is a half-demon with great power. In addition to great strength and a degree of invulnerability, he has bat-like wings to fly with and deadly claws capable of rending titanium. Immune to mortal concerns and no longer aging or needing rest, he can plot and plan all hours. He wields powerful hellfire and is able to change his form to disguise himself, as well as induce despair in others and possess them.

But the largest threat he has now is his knowledge of dark arcane rituals, ones able to summon demons and even open a portal to hell itself. Thankfully he has been stopped each time he has attempted to open such a portal.

History:Apocalypse felt pain and hellfire overcome his form without warning, no source he could sense around. Crying out in pain, he could not believe such a force could exist in this universe. When his pain died down, a new fire burned with his soul, that of a half-demon who desired to bring hell to Earth, to unlease pain and suffering on the world. His very mind, his very being had been altered by the Chaos Wave, making him into more of a monster than ever before. For now he cared for no one, only for inflicting pain and suffering on all life. But his plans would need to be hidden, for the changes to the worlds heroes made them a greater threat to him than before. But he knew one thing, he had all the time in the world to insure his plans came to fruition.

Thus over the past 2 years he has studied up on the dark magics, ways to unlease his breathren upon the Earth and to open direct portal between the Earth and hell so they could invade in force. But each time some superheroes were able to thwart his plans, more than once by the Spider Squad as Lore Keeper was drawn to his location to stop his rituals before their completion. But still he knows one thing, he will eventually succeed with his plans and demons will rule over the Earth.

Description:Hellspawn is appears to be a tall man with blood red skin and short horns on his head. He can change his appearance at will and does so to avoid superheroes and the authorities, as well as other supervillains who seek to stop him as his plans mess with theirs. He has black eyes with red irises and his hair is black and shaggy. As Hellspawn he only has a brown loin cloth. When disguised he has an outfit to fit with his current form.

:arrow: Quasar was changed greatly by the Chaos Wave, turned into a cosmic level being in a human form. Immortal now, he can literally rewrite reality with his powers. Basically, he is a plot device with limits.

Description of Powers:The Storyteller is an immortal being, a powerful cosmic entity in the form of a mostly normal human being. His strength of will and perception are cosmic level, increased to this degree as without it he would go insane having to deal with the powers he now possesses. By writing about things and willing them to change, he can literally rewrite reality anyway he can imagine. He can cause people to remember things as if they were normal or allow them to realize that reality has been changed, even making them believe the changes happened during the Chaos Wave. His powers extend outward to an infinite area, able to affect all of reality selectively. He can see and hear anywhere in the same universe at will, capable of observing things as needed and changing reality both for the better and to met out justice on those who escape it.

History:Quasar suddenly found his mind on fire, as if the very cosmos itself opened to him. Blacking out, he awoke hours later only to find the world changed by something called the Chaos Wave. He could sense things he never had before, things which would have driven him insane if not for his newfound strength of will. He knew some things caused by the Chaos Wave were just, others were cruel but unchangable for unknown reasons, while some escaped the justice which the Chaos Wave should have metted out. He set to work immediately, sensing the extent of his new powers, to right some of these injustices, first being by changing the Juggernaut.

The Chaos Wave had made him into an even greater threat than before, thus Wendell, no, the Storyteller, began to rewrite this man-monsters story. His powers were reduced to his previous level, this was all that was needed, but further changes were needed as well. After 30 minutes of writing, the changed story was complete and Storyteller willed it to become true. Juggernaut was now Juggynaut, an attractive and busty 18 year old girl only interested in dancing as a job, loving the attention and being a shameless flirt. Wendell saw a twisted form of justice in this transformation and set out to change others who had escaped justice.

2 years later and over dozens of transformations later, he has helped to make the world a better place. Although he has yet to figure out why he can't restore Namor's sanity nor Jocasta's sanity and female form either. Something beyond his new powers was at work, only time would tell if he could figure it out and overcome this force.

Description:Wendell is still an attractive man with a good build and tone, although weaker than before. His blond hair is worn down to his shoulders and straight, while his blue eyes show an intensity which can't be denied. He tends to wear simple outfits of tee-shirts, blue jeans and tennis shoes most of the time, sometimes wearing black suits as he feels like.

:arrow: Morgan Le Fay is a darker being now, her magic either affecting blood or requiring blood to work. Her arms are covered in scars from bloodletting herself to fuel her powers.

Description of Powers:Blood Witch is an immortal, unable to be killed unless this is somehow negated permanently. She can sense magic as easily as normal humans can see or hear. But her most dangerous power is her blood magic. Her existing magic was twisted and changed by the Chaos Wave, now either affecting blood or requiring it to fuel her magic. From causing vertigo, fatigue or blood to boil, she is a great threat to any living being. She can trigger massive vomiting of blood to kill outright. Her own blood is infused with hellfire, allowing her to channel it into deadly blast. She can even control someone through their blood.

Her most dangerous of magics are her dark summons, which can bring forth demons who obey her, and her dark curse, which turns humans into demons, mind and body. Both spells require her to inflict a bleeding wound upon herself each use. Due to her fortitude and superhuman toughness, she has to rely on her mystic bloodletter knife to do so. Even a nick from its blade can cause a bad wound and bleeding. Any rituals or magic items she makes will have an element of blood to them, most rituals require a human blood sacrifice.

History:Morgan Le Fay was scheming once again when the Chaos Wave hit, as her blood felt like it was on fire. Seeing her skin change and feeling the very nature of her magic being altered, she tried to resist it, yet the force behind her changes were to strong. A new bloodlust grew within her, a desire to cause others to bleed and suffer, to use their blood to make her magic an unstoppable force. It wasn't long before she began to strike out at the world, only to find herself overpowered by the new hero teams which had formed. She was more powerful than before, yet she would need allies if her schemes were to work. Thus she began a recruitment drive to find fellow villains to join the newest incarnation of the League of Evil. It wasn't long before 5 more of those changed showed up, each with their own goals but in need of allies. The League of Evil became a true threat with Morgan Le Fay was their leader, under the name of Blood Witch.

2 years later and the League of Evil is one of the worst threats to peace in the world, each member powerful on their own but a major threat together. Even the Global Defense Force, New Avengers and Spider Squad have had a hard time stopping their schemes, let alone being able to capture and hold even one of their numbers for an extended period of time. SHIELD has orders to shoot on sight against them, while the Global Defense Force is allowed to fight them whereever they appear without having to deal with the normal red tape.

Description:Morgan appears much as before, an attractive woman with a curvy figure. Except for the fact that her skin is now blood-red in color. Her hair is worn long and straight, still magenta in color, while her green eyes show a mallicious streak. She tends to wear the same dress as before, a fancy number with mystical patterns on it.

Description of Powers:Cyberstrike is a highly skilled savate fighter with exceptional reflexes and agility. His legs are advanced cybernetic ones which appear completely metallic. These legs grant him superhuman leaping ability, capable of running up to 100 mph and exerting superhuman strength with them.

History:Georges nearly went insane when the Chaos Wave hit, as it felt like his legs were being ripped off. Passing out from the pain, he awoke to find them replaced with powerful and very advanced cybernetic ones. He could run faster, leap father and kick harder than ever before. In the chaos left in the wake of the event, he attempted to knock over the closest bank in New York. Only the intervention of the swat team was able to force him to run away, only with a 3rd of the loot on him. His next attempt was stopped by one of the changed heroes, it became obvious that the power level of the world had gone up in the wake of the Chaos Wave. He needed allies if he was going to get rich, ones at least as powerful as him. News of the reforming of the League of Evil came to him and he was the second one to join its ranks, right behind the new Mechamorph.

2 years later and he is living in the lap of luxery, using the ill-gotten gain from their crimes to set himself up on a private island. The group uses it as their staging grounds now, as it is out of the way and off the charts thanks to some work by Mechamorph. Cyberstrike can't help but enjoy his job now, even if it is helping the others with their various schemes. Being able to take on the likes of Captain America with his team is just one of the many perks being a member of the League of Evil has brought him.

Description:Georges appears the same as always, a French man with a goatee and salt and pepper beard. He is in exceptional shape with a great build and muscle tone. He is a light tan, while his hair is a dark black, while his eyes are a deep brown. His legs are steel-alloy with mechanical muscles and of an advanced cybernetic nature. He tends to wear his old costume most of the time, although it doesn't provide him any protection anymore.

Description of Powers:Ice Queen is imbued with the elemental force of pure cold. She can generate extreme cold or create a blinding blizzard in almost a 95 mile radius, project blast of pure, deadly cold or form balls of superhard ice or spikes, create massive objects of superhard ice, create a dangerous ice slick in an 80' radius around herself, trap targets in blocks of super-strong ice and even superfreeze objects to make even the toughest of super alloys brittle. She can form superdense ice around herself as a powerful ice armor and even make her skin freezing and deadly to the touch. She can form ice slides to travel around on, as well as being unaffected by ice and snow, impossible to track through them. She is completely immune to all forms of cold as well.

History:Donny was once more locked up in jail, his costume taken from him by the authorities. The Chaos Wave was both a blessing and a curse for him, as he saw his cell freeze over, becoming coated in ice, while he remained unaffected by the intense cold. His body began to flow like water, taking a new shape which was familiar but not his own. His mind shifted to adapt to his, no her, new form. She was gorgeous and could be a model, not that that mattered much to her. Knocking down the walls to her cell like they were tissue paper due them being frozen solid, she strode off with none of the guards capable of getting close to her due to the intense cold.

But even with her new powers, things didn't go as planned when she tried to knock over a jewelry store the first time. Blaze of the soon to be formed Fantastic Force was there browsing, her fire powers more than a match for the ice queen. Driven off in defeat, she could only think of all she had been denied, all because of one superhero with the right powers to overcome her. So when word came out of the new League of Evil being formed, she signed up without hesitation. She has helped to more than once turn the tide of battle against superheroes they have faced, her ability to whip up intense cold or an ice slick being too much for them to handle. She is the true powerhouse of the power, with a lot of raw power to back up her bravado.

2 years later and more than one hero has been placed in a hospital by her due to hypothermia. Bank vaults might as well be nothing but tissue paper against her powers, so far no cell has been designed which can hold her for long without risking killing her due to intense heat. In this fact her greatest weakness has become a strength, as her teammates rarely have to break her out, having always escaped before help was needed. She is also one of the most ruthless out of their numbers, willing to endanger innocents needlessly or even kill authorities to prevent being captured.

Description:Debbie is a very attractive woman with a curvacious figure. Her skin is pale and seems to give off cold vapors constantly. Her hair has become pure white, like the driven snow, and her eyes are ice blue. She wears a skin-tight blue fullbody costume with 2" heel boots most of the time. She never wears make-up or jewelry.

Waking to a world gone made, he found himself an android now, an advanced one made of nanites. Figuring this was a sure sign he had more power, he took off and tried to take over the local government. Still new to his form and powers, he was overwhelmed by several heroes who showed up shortly after. Magnetic pulse cannons were able to disable him and he barely escape from the authorities. The world was a lot more dangerous than before for the likes of him. He would need allies, but the Hellfire Club seemed to have disappeared from the world. Thus when Morgan Le Fay sent out word of a new Legion of Evil being organized by her, he jumped at the chance. With the combined powers of him, Morgan and the other 4 who showed up, there were few who could face them.

2 years later and they are one of the top threats in the world. Even the likes of the Global Defense Force, New Avengers and Spider Squad proved to be no match for their combined abilities. Donald has taken the name the press gave him, Mechamorph, as his own. The few times any one of their numbers have been imprisoned, the authorities couldn't hold them long thanks to their teammates efforts to free them. The new Legion of Evil was proving to a much greater threat with just 6 members than any past incarnation had ever been.

Description:Donald appears as he did before, an attractive man with good muscle tone and build. His skin is actually made up of nano-bots, allowing him to appear as a normal human easily. His hair is blond and synthetic now, while his eyes appear to be blue but are advanced electronics now. His clothes tend to be fancy suits when in human form. His weight and mass can be altered by the nanites he is made of, changing size and shape as needed.

:arrow: Whirlwind is a much different individual than before, having lost his previous mutant powers but gained a dangerous array of virus generating powers in exchange. His Affected as Disease means that the viruses activate in the round they are used but can be shaken off with two successful Fortitude saves in a row or by the Healing power. Also those immune to disease are immune them.

Description of Powers:Viral is, as his codename suggest, a being with the power to generate viruses of various sorts. These range from a non-lethal virus that can leave someone in a coma indefinately unless cured or overcome, a deadly virus which rapidly weakens all physical and mental abilities of the victim, an energy sapping virus that can leave someone asleep indefinately and even a virus that induces random mutations and physical changes in its victims. All viruses he generates are contagious in nature, able to spread to anyone who comes in contact with a victim. These powers work on anyone he can see, even over television broadcast which are live. He himself is completely immune to all viruses and diseases known.

Due to his lack of true defensive capabilities, Mechamorph created an armored exo-suit for him which can also extend a domed helmet over his head which allows him to breath in any environment.

History:Whirlwind was shocked to see the people in the bank arround him collapsing without warning, while his superhuman spinning power disappeared. Taking the money, he sensed somehow he was the cause of their sudden deep sleep and wished he could reverse it, seeing it as a fate worse than death. In moments the first clerk was up and about, leaving David to run before the guards awoke or the police arrived. His next bank job he wasn't so lucky with, as the person who would become known as Panaceia was a customer at the time. Finding her immune to his new viral powers, he ran for it before anymore heroes could show up and subdue him. He realized with the changes in the world, the power to generate viruses wasn't as good as he originally thought.

What other heroes out there would be immune to them, or worse yet, a villain who didn't like Viral and wished to take him out. He needed allies to get by in this world, ones with powers that could back him up. The news of the formation of another League of Evil drew him in like a moth to a flame, as he was powerful but also the most vulnerable of the group. Mechamorph created a powerful armored exo-suit to provide him with equal defense to the rest of the group. Since then he has proved himself time and again, even figuring out how to generate several other types of viruses.

2 years later and the C.D.C. has placed him as a top priority threat to be neutralized. Although due to his human nature, he can't be destroyed, only locked in a sealed cell with its own seperate circuilating air supply whenever they do capture him. Out of the whole group, Viral is the one who has to be broken out by the rest of the group. But both Blood Witch and Mechamorph have long-term plans which require his powers, thus his continued value to the group.

Description:David is the same as before, a powerfully built man with a good tan. His hair brown and kept short most of the time, while his eyes can vary in color with each appearance, as they shift color almost every couple of hours. He wears a pure white armored exo-suit with flexible plating and with a retractable domed helmet with a self-recycling air supply. While no out on a job, he tends to wear simple black suits and tennis shoes.

But finding them suddenly replaced by a red, glowing energy whip left him stunned for a moment. A moment which was long enough for a guard to set off the alarm to the savings and loan. Not wishing to test out his new power on a group of police so soon, Mark took off and was out of sight before the first car arrived on the scene. At a worndown warehouse, he tested out the energy and the extent of his control over it. Despite it being made of some solid force energy, it worked much like his old whips had. No, it worked even better. For the force behind each strike was enough to shatter steel and even damage tougher metals. Now he was truely in the big time. Heading back to the same savings and loan a few days later, he almost got away with it but was forced to flee by a woman he almost was too distracted by to not stare, calling herself Spider-Babe.

A woman, a woman had forced him to flee. He knew he needed allies, ones who aren't women and wouldn't be distracted by the likes of Spider-Babe. Training some more with his new energy whip, he found out how to cause it to generate a powerful electrical shock, one which could paralyze even the strongest of foes. Word came through the underworld of the Chaos Wave and its affect upon the world, how it was more dangerous to deal with superheroes than before, many of them more powerful than before. Thus Whiplash found the next news to reach his ear a god-sent. The League of Evil was reforming, the changed Morgan Le Fay calling upon any supervillains who wished to to join. Thus Whiplash became the 6th and final member, at least to this day, of the new League of Evil. He is one of the least versitile of the group but still has enough power and skill to back up his threats.

2 years later and more than once he has been forced to bail out Viral or even Blood Witch when she has bleed herself too much in a fight all to summon a small horde of demons. But the haul from each job is good, even those jobs which aren't about money have something which let's him enjoy the work. Especially when the Teen Defenders show up and he gets to taunt the changed Iron Girl about her new state of being.

Description:Mark is a man with a decent tan, along with a great build and muscle tone. He keeps his blond hair long but in a ponytail which hangs down to the middle of his back, while he blue eyes show a charm behind them. He tends to wear a simple costume of advanced steel mesh over thin ballistic cloth, black and green color combination and with a mask to cover his face. :arrow: The Juggernaut's fate is due to the Storyteller, not the Chaos Wave. Not that she would care if she found out, she just loves dancing and having fun.

Description of Powers:Juggynaut, as she was dubbed by her promotor once she was hired as an exotic dancer, has all of the same powers as she did as the Juggernaut, except for the size it imbued. She is immune to harm, superhumanly strong and is unstoppable by any known means. Her armor has become skimpier and more skin tight, yet doesn't offer any less defense for her. She only wears the helmet when expecting trouble now, not wishing to block view of her face or muss her hair up.

History:Juggernaut was imbued with even greater strength and power by the Chaos Wave, making him a threat even greater than the Hulk. He began a rampage in downtown New York, trying to get the X-Men to come and face him, so he could finally finish them off. The Chaos Wave had warped his mind even more than it already had been, making him a brutal engine of destruction more than in the past. Yet after only a couple of hours, things changed quickly and all the damage and harm he had caused were gone. In place of the engine of destruction was an amazon of a woman with a body that drew the attention of all around her. Carol didn't care to fight anymore, she just had the urge to dance and show off her body for others.

Finding work at a local exotic dancing establishment in short order, within a week their business had more than tripled and kept growing, thanks to their new headliner, Juggynaut. She made friends with the other girls, was very friendly and flirtaceous and just loved the attention. She protects those she works with like her family, using her powers only when needed or sometimes for extra work as a bouncer. 2 years later and she is famous now, as it is hard for her to go anywhere without being recognized as an exotic dancer. She has had various relationships over the years, even with the likes of Captain America, Mirror and even Synth for a while. Only time will tell if she ever slows from her wild lifestyle and settles down with someone.

Description:Carol is an amazon of a woman, with muscle tone similar to what She-Hulk used to have. Strong, yet still very sexy. She has a light tan and a very curvy figure, with a bust which lives up to her nickname, the size of soccer balls. While dancing or out on a date, she tends to wear skimpy, skin-tight outfits which show off her figure and are easy to take off. She only wears the armor for promotional stuff or when expecting trouble.

Description of Powers:Adonis has enhanced human level of toughness, stamina and strength. He can make incredible leaps and even run at speeds up to 40 mph.

History:Fred J. Dukes was one of those most shocked by the Chaos Wave, going from a massive being who was angry at the world for the way he was treated due to his appearance, to a man with the perfect body and a mind set of a hero now. Helping out for the months to come after the Chaos Wave hit, his action earned him a pardon for past crimes and even the admiration of his fellow superheroes. He has taken to working as a male model, earning more than enough for a simple two-story brownstone and paying his bills, with plenty left over to donate to charities. And he has also does work as a construction worker, mostly on Habitat for Humanity and such organizations, as a means of giving back.

2 years later and Adonis, as the press has dubbed him, has taken to being a superhero as well. He tends to work more on saving lives during disasters or after accidents, although isn't above fighting a supervillian or criminals who threaten the innocent. He has proven to be an honorable opponent, never using lethal force nor dirty tricks, something which many of his opponents respect him for. Still, his hands are full due all he does and he only has a little time for socializing. Although he has been seen more than once with Spider-Babe out on a date.

Description:Fred is now in peak human shape and form, having a supermodel body with a perfect tan and muscle build and tone. His eyes turned into a deep blue which draws you in, while his brown hair is worn in various styles as needed for his work. His outfits vary greatly as well, normally comfortable tee-shirts and blue jeans with tennis shoes while on a construction job or out acting as a superhero. While on the job he wears whatever outfit is needed for the gig.

Description of Powers:The horned rock snake is a massive snake with light brown scales to blend into its surroundings better. It is capable of burrowing through even solid rock at great speeds, using its great strength and large horns to dig through it. It is capable of feeling any vibrations nearby through the ground or even the water when in it. Its large horns curve slightly forward and end in sharp tips capable of punching through steel. As a member of the constrictor family of snakes, it has a powerful crushing grip when it coils itself around a target.

Description:A rarely seen species of snake, the horned rock snake is only second largest in the world to the anaconda. With scales in the color of dirt, they blend in with their natural environment well, despite their size. Fully adapted to life underground, they normally feed on smaller burrowing creatures and only surface when food supplies are low. Their extreme level of strength allows them to crush even objects of solid steel in their grip and hiding inside a car won't protect you for long. Growing up to 20 ft. long on average, they have thick bodies from 2-3 ft. thick on average, although larger specimens have been seen. Their most dangerous form of attack is with the large, slightly curved horns on their head, possessing razorsharp tips capable of punching through steel.
