Nice Drago and Rocky fight, Beleriphon. Really brought back some memories, especially since I just saw Rocky IV a couple of weeks ago.

Any shot of Clubber Lang? I pity da fool that don't give love to the Lang!

Also, I didn't see the link to your Drago build?

he didn't make drago, I did. this was a cross-promotion between our threads because i asked politely for him to test drago against the guy he was built to fight

The announcer forgot one tiny little but very important thing: he forgot to say that Rocky was 'The Italian Stallion'.

They ALWAYS called him 'The Italian Stallion'. Always.

Aside from that, as that wanna-be Don King in Rocky Five said: that was a war in the ring, and I pity the fool (Lang or whoever) who has to take on the Stallion and doesn't has Impervious Toughness.
Bad guy looks at small pistol by PC. Bad guy makes pistol with fingers.
Bad guy-¿"Bang"?.
PC shakes head gravely.
PC (quiet voice)-"Boom".
PC pulls trigger.
Bad guy gets vaporized.

 As a departure from the original cartoon the new movie version of Optimus Prime is pushing 40-feet tall. He's freaking gigantic at nearly double the height of his original incarnation. At any rate, go giant smashy robot goodness!

I had a request for Transformers on my new thread and I wasn't even going to consider them, but then I saw the movie...

I'm going to be giving up a lot of sleep this week adding them into The Thorpacoverse!

Great Optimus Prime. Question, though, and I am kind of posing this to everyone but Kerian (no builds over PL10/150, no compromise which I LOVE the conviction) but what is your rationale on PL? That is one thing I struggle with as I try to combine several different universes into one.

As I was watching the movie, I was thinking PL12-13 for Optimus and Megatron (isn't that sad that I try and stat EVERY SINGLE THING I SEE now) but I can see your higher PL as I think about it.

Personally I use benchmarks based on my previous builds to work out what rough PL someone should have. Batman and Superman are my two primary benchmarks. I try to work out how good a fighter someone should be when compared to Batman, and how hard they should hit when compared to Superman.

My main one for Prime was derived right from his size. He's at least 40 feet tall in the movie which produces a minimum strength level based on his sized alone. I wanted him to still be an above average shot, even given his size penalities, which basically forced me to make him PL16 without seriously affecting his ability to hit or do damage. But really Prime's PL is derived most from the fact that he's really, really big.

As I was watching the movie, I was thinking PL12-13 for Optimus and Megatron (isn't that sad that I try and stat EVERY SINGLE THING I SEE now) but I can see your higher PL as I think about it.

I could have put Prime at PL12 but for his strength to work, its based at 10 BTW plus the bonus from Growth, he would have a massive +4 to hit after taking into account size penalties.
