Yeah, I mean it's a good build, although I prefer to put more into skills than most people seem to (although, making a Sandman PC might require it - and that may be all he has).

Oddly, I found the same picture of Sandman for my build...

As a side note, I had a thought for an amalgam character - I'll probably build it whether or not anyone else does, but if they/you want (although it's probably been done before)... Azrael/Angel, although I'm thinking maybe a Nightwing/Nightcrawler to be in the storyline. Actually, that would probably fit with my Fifth Wall 'standard game'...
I just found the novel version of Knightfall, and am hooked, so sorry about that. :D

So do i honestly, however these past few builds have been a step back into basics. Like I didn't know what else to honestly give Flint in addition as far as skills go. Though i probably overrated the two skills that i did give flint. Id more llikely drop 2 ranks from each, and put those 4 skill ranks someplace else.

Personally i don't know who azrael is, so i couldn't give you an opinion on that. But hey, if it's something your interested in doing. Then i say, go for it ;)

I got inspired and came up with this image, im hoping this will bounce off some ideas and to start something rather interesting. Its based off a setting that i was going to do with someone else, right before the Paragons setting came out. I thought it would work even better in a Paragons setting, cause they were so simular so i decided to just encorporate what i had written towards the setting.

Click the Magazine cover to see its true size. But i think you get the idea. I might tie a story off of this image i just created.

"My fellow Americans, a new day has come. When we are forced to face a change. A change of ascension, humanity is starting to grow beyond its child like shell. And taking a big step into understanding not only ourselves, but the universe. It is because of this, these special people, who now seem to wield abilities and powers far beyond our own abilities. Which have been classified as Paragons (Homo Nobilis), by our chief associates in the scientific community. The organization known as "Paranormal Regulatory Agency" has been ratified, by myself and the United States Congress."

"Aristotle once wrote, "There are men and women so godlike, so exceptional, that they naturally, by right of their extraordinary gifts, transcend all moral judgment or constitutional control…" "There is no law which embraces men and women of that caliber: they are themselves law.'"

" All individuals who have experience a "Breakout" are required as of this day forth, to submit to the Paranormal Regulatory Agency Act. Those who do not comply, shall be deemed entities working outside the law of the establishing government. And shall be treated as criminals and rebels against everything we hold dear. These are troubling times, my fellow Americans and let us face them boldly towards the future. "

This was the speech that President Bush gave, when he addressed the Nation to the growing issue of Paranormal Breakouts. On September 14th, 2007. This reporter stood in awe, at the marvel of this new age we now live in. To wonder at the complexity of life, and the strange fate that could bring such a vibrant and imaginative venue. Such as super powers to light, in the real world.

The Event. What was it, a meteor, or perhaps it was a comet ? What object plummeted through the atmosphere on September 1st , 2007. No one knows exactly what it was, only speculation could muster a solution to his quandary. Either way on that day, a white light filled the sky. Even during the day it could be seen like a bright white star, as it exploded over the southwestern portion of the united states. This white light seemed to wash over every part of the globe before receded and disappearing, leaving no trace of the incident afterwards. Many people now refer to this day, as "the Event" or E-Day. The day super powers became real!. Many scientists are baffled even now , as to what it is that makes one of these Paragons a Paragon. Or what determines a persons powers once this happens, but what we do know is this. A persons powers only manifest during extreme circumstances, or simple revelation.

Three days after the Event, the first Paragons began to appear. And Four days later, a task force was put together. The Department of Homeland Security, along with Mathew Stack a renown scientist helping to field this new Area of research. Set about to discovering what was going on and why, thus “The Paranormal Regulatory Agency” was born. This organization is considered a Government agency, and answers ostensibly to the Department of Homeland Security. The PRA has already begun training the first of many Paragons who have shown up to register, and create a Government sanctioned team called “Sanction”. This super hero team, as it has been dubbed is headed up by a promising young woman know as Shatter. Whose remarkable ability is to manipulate and create geometric patterns, which she can use to create a force fields and objects.

Background: Steven has always been fascinated with magic, even as a kid. So it wasn’t much of a surprise, when he picked up the hobby as soon as he was seven years old. However, he seemed to have more than just a good knack with stage magic. He was able to pull off a few things, that no one could explain. He realized he could do real magic when he was about thirteen years old, come to find out his great great grand father was a magician too. Who supposedly had some real skill in the craft, so he began to study with whoever he could find. Attending seminars about alternative religion and magic, till he found someone who can teach him a little bit more. However Steven, is not a humble man. Once he had enough knowledge under his collar, and as soon as he was able he became a stage magician. And quickly began to work his way up to the top, making fame and fortune for himself. He has become an icon of sorts, and has gotten to meet and mingle with plenty of high class people. And that’s where he met his beautiful wife Amanda. They hit it off almost immediately, and soon they were married and things were moving up in the world for him. However his skill in magic, has brought attention to himself by other magical heroes and magical villains for that matter. However he faces every challenge, with an enthusiasm and confidence that is sure to win him through most situations. And at the same time get him into trouble. Steven seems to have an almost innate understanding of magic, and has been able to imbue several items with magic. Such as his top hat, and cape which he uses in almost every show. He isn’t much for being a hero and doing the right thing, unless there is something in it for him. His head is stuck in the clouds, and it will require a good kick in the you know what to make him see he has a greater responsibility with the gift. He has gotten through many situations with skill and luck so far, but it wont be long before he has met his match.

I love that PRA setting idea, Joshua.

Only thing I see wrong is that W would have no idea who Aristotle was and he would butcher the phrase Paranormal Regulation so bad, who knows what people would he was talking about?!?!? :D

I was considering picking up Autumn Arbor myself. What do you think so far?

The idea for that PRA setting, is spawned by myself and Asylum20. Whom i don't see or hear from anymore, i don't know if he is still on the boards or not. It just seemed a natural progression to take what we had developed, and put it in Paragons. And that cover image i came up with, is rather inspirational.

Actualy Autumn harbor isn't too bad really, i like alot of the background information for the setting (which has many ideas, that i have wanted to encorporate in my own setting / campaign ideas. Which i think, would be a mix between AA and FC myself. But a few more tweaks of my own ). Which includes, the history of meta-humans and the clashing of two great species. And how magic got introduced. It has a lot more depth involved in the magical department there, and thats always a plus. Considering how much i like magic in general in a super hero setting. Many of the characters strike me as being , as almost having a meta-4 feel to them and a little city of hero's (the pc game) thrown in.

I used to, although it's been ages since.

I could try and provide help, though.
Bad guy looks at small pistol by PC. Bad guy makes pistol with fingers.
Bad guy-¿"Bang"?.
PC shakes head gravely.
PC (quiet voice)-"Boom".
PC pulls trigger.
Bad guy gets vaporized.
