-Now this is a weird one. Jeffrey was a kid who had some complicated backstory (being hunted by his parents' enemy), but during the riots when Magneto attacked (and blew up) the school, he was caught inside trying to find a picture of his deceased family, and was killed. Staying alive on Earth as a ghost, and harassing the New X-Men teams, he was killed AGAIN when M-Day happened, as losing his mutant powers caused his remaining form to discorporate.
-An Undead-type build, Jeffrey apparently can be hurt and affect the physical world, but has Ghost-like powers all the same. He is also a Teleporter first and foremost (having a few expensive additions to my least-favourite power for a hero to have), and has the unique trick of being able to throw out weapons from a Pocket Dimension he sets up before the battle. So it needs Weapon Summoning, but Limited to weapons he's grabbed from other places.

-Wing's a one-shot kid who was in Joss Whedon's Astonishing X-Men run. He could fly, and was Hisako (aka Armour)'s best friend. When he was de-powered by Ord's "Mutant Cure" (hey, remember when THAT was the biggest news story to hit the X-Men in years? Funny how it's no longer even relevant, despite being an awesome idea that was enough to get first-run in the third X-Movie), he was distraught (compared to the many happy mutants wanting to be free from their deformities) and ultimately killed himself in the Danger Room, that act being what "Danger" needed to become fully self-aware and powerful.
-Just the standard Template plus Flight. Lazy build, but hey, he was your standard smart-mouthed teenage kid- he doesn't need anything else.

-Ya just gotta love some of these character designs. No-Girl is a whacky mix of crazy appearance (Brain in a Jar- and where else but comics do you get to type that up like thirty times while describing weird characters?), bizarre powers ("Pycho-Chaffe") and a weird personality (a non-talkative oddity who speaks through those she controls and casually decides to take up superheroics). She's shown up from time to time as an iconic "weird mutant", but I don't expect to see a lot of her- she's just TOO odd, even for this squad.
-Martha's gotta be one of the more interesting mixes of powers I've ever had to stat up. Having no Strength or Dexterity scores (being an immobile brain), she gets a boost from her Brain Jar Equipment, but is still a very fragile (as in a Toughness Save of +0) Glass Cannon, able ot dole out wicked punishment mentally. See, her Psycho-Chaffe is basically a Mental Stun effect, hitting a wide burst of people in Perception Range. Then she can ALSO nullify mutant powers (probably by mental control), or just communicate telepathically. She's be quite powerful, but even one hit is likely to KO her, and she starts dying VERY quickly if busted out of her glass shell.
