-Good ol' Sunfire's probably been one of the most consistently-portrayed douchebags in comics, on the super-hero side. Maybe the anti-Japan fervor that was still fairly apparent in the U.S. in the late 60s helped make him such? I don't know about that, but he was a tool in his first appearance, he was a tool on the All-New, All-Different Giant Size X-Men, and he's a tool nowadays as well. The retarded costume (what the hell is that mask supposed to be, anyways?) probably didn't help matters either. In any case, he's been a long-standing symbol of Japan in Marvel (DC, which has fewer foreign heroes of import, just had Rising Sun and the female Doctor Light, herself a giant bitch that went out of her way to be disliked), for better or worse, and still shows up in X-related books since his debut.
-His best showing ever is pretty much owed entirely to Joe Mad, who designed the awesome "All Firey" version of Sunfire for the Age of Apocalypse storyline, which only took Marvel TEN YEARS to finally give to the 'main-line' Sunfire.
-A remarkably powerful hero, Sunfire fully deserves PL 11 status, and barely made his points thanks to his EXTREMELY powerful blast effect. His Plasma has a wide range of shapes (basically Line, Burst & Cone, plus an explosive blast), is clearly Penetrating, and has a bunch of side powers (including Radiation sickness, hence the Disease Extra on Radiation Control). Then there's his Plasma Aura. He's been reguarly shown to be one of the most powerful Blaster Guys in Marvel Comics, and expect him to make full and frequent use of Power Attack. Not a hero to be trifled with.

And that's it for the Foreign Guys builds! Most of them were pretty fun, though those crappy side Alpha Flight characters were kind of a chore (but a fun chore in that I got to research their crappiness). Those were all the foreigners who appeared in Contest of Champions and a handful of Avengers stories, so if anyone else has any foreigner requests, let's hear 'em.

For my next trick, though... I'm going to do the entire roster of The Avengers. Which is, in essence, a good chunk of the super-heroes who've ever appeared in the Marvel Universe! No small task, but I figured after doing the Entire JSA & All-Star Squadron library, I was up for it.

For characters who's changed around a lot over the years, I think I'll stick with an early to mid-90s approach to most of them, with a handful of modifcations based off of SEVERE changes (I'll actually stat some of the varying Hank Pyms out there, if the ATT is prepared for his unique level of suck). I've already statted Spider-Man & Beast, so there's no need there, but I can do another Hulk (my only version is the Peter David All Banners in One Hulk), and it'll be first-time builds for everybody else.

I'll probably toss out a couple unrelated builds beforehand though, just to air out my archived stuff that I need to do.

Inundate us with the mega-Pymsuck.

Though really, I like the Yellowjacket costume and wish a non-sucky user would take it.

Though, with the Irredeemable Ant-Man, that might be passe.

Hey, it's my Street Fighter II movie builds! I only had two more to go, but I got tired of doing 'em, so left some of the big guns for later. Sagat is easily my favourite SF character ever, as he's got it all: Intimidating presence, towering badass, obsession/rivalry with the main hero, and he's The Dragon, the offical number two guy to the Big Bad, who is invariably always cooler (sometimes called the "Goro Effect"). Sagat is a beast in combat, and the first of my SF builds to exceed PL 10 levels. And that suits him, as every time Sagat shows up, it's your cue to go "oh crap, now it's ON". Sagat has insane reach to the point where it's a Strike power (I figure two points is good enoguh for a lengthy unarmed attack), his powers are pretty devastating (having +12 accuracy for +10 damage, INCLUDING the fact that he's got nearly every 'modification' feat like Power Attack, Accurate, Defensive, etc.), and he's exceedingly hard to hit AND hurt.

I have to say Kudo's to you for stating up Vindicator, i have been going over most of your builds and enjoying them. I like the fact you are tackling a few of the No-Names of the Marvel Verse. Any chance you ever heard of Night Cat? A one shot comic book, of a one shot female pop star turned into a super hero. Man even some comic books, or cartoon character's even id be afraid to admit to even watching!.

Seriously, a 'who's who' for a little black book, an entire mansion full of beautiful women in alluring clothing. . .you have to wonder.

Let's not forget Professor X's crush for Marvel Girl herself! As revealed in Onslaught. The Prof, is one mighty pervert. It wasn't long after this series, i started to loose interest in Comics. Especially the X-Men, their stories just got more wild and more wierder and wierder. I know commenting on this is perhaps a bit late. LoL. But it did deserve a comment in either case.

This is the last thing, we need.

Nope, never heard of that one. I'm barely aware of some of the names from the Alpha Flight & Winter Guard rosters either; I just find 'em on Wikipedia and other sites, based off of searches for their more famous members.

Last of the SFII movie builds is M.Bison, ruler of Shadowlaw, and the movie's Big Bad. Bison's a monster on every level, capable of brainwashing people, using Telekinesis, reflecting Ken's Hadoken back at him with ease, etc. Movie Bison is ridiculously powerful enough to house both Ken & Guile with ease separately, and was only stopped by Ken & Ryu working together, using their attacks in unison, and finally ending it with a massive double Fireball. Add to that his huge skill-set, high Abilities, and the minions & equipment he can bring to bear, and Bison's a true mission-ending villain for ANY super-hero group.

-Aannnnddd I'm starting the Avengers builds off with one of the crap guys. Starting out with the West Coast Avengers team is kind of a strike against him in the first place, and the name is just the clincher. Miguel here got his powers from your standard accidents, and worked for bad guy Dr. Demonicus for a while before turning good. His Wikipedia page pretty much just states the Avengers' multiple big events & cross-overs as 'things he's done'. He caused a teeny bit of a ruckus when he 'came out' in a GLA book, which bugged some fans, as he'd dated women in the past, and the writer defended it with the usual "He's a wonderful gay role model" schtick, but really, who gives a crap if the LIVING LIGHTNING, one of the big guys people would forget to even list as having been Avengers in the first place, was gay?
-Living Lightning stats out as a PL 9 (150), which seems about right, as his ability to fire electricity while in energy form is a remarkably good power. He comes up short on most of his other stats, however.

-Mockingbird started out as a mere agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., appearing in Marvel's many anthology series out of costume, merely allying with super-heroes, but alas, the Appeal of the Tights was just too strong, and she ended up as the costumed Mockingbird, quickly hooking up with Hawkeye. The two eventually became the cornerstones of one of Marvel's most prescient ideas, the West Coast Avengers (they realized that by making franchises out of teams rather than just individual guys like Batman or Spidey, they could double their earnings as fans of one team book bought the other, without 'double-dipping' and diluting the major characters- so you can thank Marvel for that one). She was a decent characte, a street-level martial artist with gimmicked battle-staves to make her a bit more unique, but unfortunately, she's kind of been forgotten, as it was YEARS ago when they casually offed her during a Mephisto arc (seriously, it was like the last couple pages of the issue).

-In retrospect, she seems more than a little bit like a Black Canary rip-off, as a hot blonde chick dresses in black tights to aid her archer boyfriend in his heroics.

-Barely a PL 9, Bobbi is PL 8 offensively, but is just a bit better if she's using her Staves for defense, with her Defensive Roll. She's a bit underpowered for major Avengers battles, but she can handle herself okay.

Had my 500th a while back, so I'm probably up around 550 or so. I usually only start counting when I think I'm up to another 100 milestone.

EDIT-- Did a tally, and yeah, it's been a while since my Deathstroke (#500) build, and I'm currently at #583. That means I'll hit #600 in my Avengers builds.
