DVD Commentary:
Connor Hawke is the successor to the Green Arrow legacy, and boy does he have a lot to live up to. Stylistically, Connor has the same setup as Ollie - a TOUGH-for-Defense trade, good saves, and all-around martial arts badassery.

Here's where it gets different. Connor has none of Ollie's people skills, personality, or understanding of humans. He's been locked in a monastery for ages, after all, and he confesses to Kyle Rayner that he's never even kissed a girl! Therefore, while he has the Attractive feat like Ollie, he never actually hits any of his social caps, making him a little lackluster in that department. In addition, he has no Sense Motive ranks - he relies on his Training feat to see through feints, and people who lie to him are probably going to get away with it.

Connor is also more of a hardcore martial artist than Ollie. While he's not as expert with a bow, his base attack bonus is overall higher, and he does a lot more damage unarmed than Ollie does.

Since he lacks Ollie's skills, he's not as good at Costumed Adventure-ry, but we'll forgive him that, right, folks?

DVD Commentary:
So here's Black Adam. Unlike Billy, Adam is bigger, faster, and tougher, able to take more hits and dish out more damage than Marvel.

As far as powers go, instead of the Wisdom of Solomon [which is a wholly uncontrolled Clairvoyance Billy uses to see things far away], he has the Wisdom of Zehuti - an uncontrolled Boost giving him access to a mass of knowledge.

Note that he also doesn't have Marvel's quickness, opting instead for a higher level of speed using the Swiftness of Heru.

DVD Commentary:
Rot Lop Fan is the only Green Lantern I know of offhand that doesn't use the color green or a lantern of any shape or form. Instead, Rot Lop Fan is a blind alien with a magic bell - the "F-Sharp Bell", which gives him similar powers to the normal Green Lanterns, but with the base being sound instead of light.

He's also got some unique alien traits of his own, notably that he's wholly blind and has some really badass hearing abilities. Finally, Rot Lop Fan is more able to evade disaster, able to "hear" it from a long ways away.

Like all Lanterns, Rot Lop Fan has the Benefit [Green Lantern] feat.

KILOWOG! Wooooo!

I should just rename this "Green Lantern Corps" and write the rest of the corps up from now on. Seriously - I think I have more GLs than anyone else on the ATT!

And yet, they're all very different. Kilowog's major difference here is that he's a competent fighter who uses the ring to enhance his ability, absorbing damage with his Force Field as he closes the distance and then pounding the crap out of his enemies. Also, as one of the most famous Green Lanterns, Kilowog has two ranks in the Benefit.

Because of his style, Kilowog has less power in his ring than anyone else, but don't confuse that for him being stupid or incapable of fighting with it. Kilowog's -preferred- method is hand to hand, but he's still a capable and very very badass Green Lantern.

Kilowog's typical arrangement is: Shield 5, Force Field 6, Flight 2 - maxing out his defense in order to reach his enemies, and then using his massive strength and combat experience to pound them into the dirt.

More GLs on the way. Just keep your ocular orbs wide.

It's straight from Wikipedia. I'm fond of Captain Marvel - even have the Shazam! volume 1 collection paperback - and I'm sorta halfheartedly working on Mary and Junior while I'm going through the Lantern Corps and the Arrow Family. Still need to do Cassandra Cain, too, but she's low-priority.

It's nice to see your statting out the GL Corps. I'm a big GL fan, but I've never heard of Rot Lop Fan. You get props just for the obscure (and interesting) GL conversion.

Salakk/Salaak/Salak [however you write it!], keeper of the Book of Oa, is a four-armed alien and supposedly the "only Lantern the Guardians speak to regularly." He's a mediocre Lantern - his Ring's a little stronger than Kilowog's because he's so often on Oa, but he's really not that tough. Build-wise, he has a major trade, +4 Defense for -4 Toughness, so he needs only 5 points in his Force Field to reach his caps. He's also fairly delicate, but very dextrous as a trade-off.

DVD Commentary:
-God- Doomsday is simple. Deceptively so, really. He hits hard - hard enough to hurt Superman easy with his Critical Hits - and he's got a high regeneration. He can ressurect himself and reallocate his immunities via his Power Reserve, and he's fast and jumps high.

I like this build. It'd be fun to play a monster like this, I think...a good GM threat for when you really, really need a recurring villain.

May 23, 2007: Doomsday just got updated to make him a little better. Smoother. Using Adaptation as a Reaction instead of anything else, he's -so- much faster now.

Mmmm, Doomsday.

May 23, 2007, Edit 2: Reshuffled him again, making him only barely sentient and dropping his critical hits to 15, his Super-Strength higher, and his Immunity has been given Life Support again.

DVD Commentary:
I -love- this build. The Riddler is basically a mass of knowledges, operating well below his caps 99.9% of the time. His only purpose is setting up knowledges and feinting for his minions, Query and Echo, who work as a pair of slightly better soldiers. The 13 points of Second Chance make me so happy. I can't wait for Batman to face him.
...I mean.

The Riddler hits his caps in his favored environment, using his Riddler Traps to peak his attack or defense and then filling the other as much as he can. He's cool.

Selina's a pretty nasty little kitty. She's got a couple sweet tricks up her incredibly tight sleeves, notably her whip and claws. The Whip is an autofire weapon allowing her to do a little nasty damage - when combined with her Sneak Attack, it can be a a devestating amount of damage, all the way up to +15 [if she gets lucky and rolls -really- high]. Catwoman's whip also has Homing 1, allowing her to pull an attack from behind her opponent if she misses.

She's got some good tricks, and men are practically helpless against her as she abuses her sex appeal and puts her Attractive 2 to work. A very good foe for Batman.

Somebody's asking me "WTF" right about now, I'm sure.
Leezle Pon is a supersentient Smallpox virus.
Uh-huh.
Yup.
Smallpox.
As such, he's a disease, and he has two things major -about- him being a disease. First off, he's -tiny-. Miniscule is the lowest the category gives but he's actually "Atomic" size - Germ-sized, actually, but the effect is more or less the same, giving him Insubstantial 1 and making him immune to effects.

Second, he has an Area-Effect Contagious Disease just from being in the room, because he's SMALLPOX, man! Disturbingly powerful effect, he drains Constitution by being in the room, but only a day later, when his disease state kicks in.

Third, he's a Green Lantern. Why? Don't know, don't care. He was created by Alan Moore, and is a member of the Corps, and so you get him.
