Re: dweller's Depths - War of the Spirit - Villain Wave DONE

These are some good ideas, Arthur. I really hadn't thought about the fighting issue, so its a suggestion that I'll go with most likely. I didn't review the points on senses, so I'll revise that right away. Thanks!

EDIT
Ah, all fixes done. The Multiattack one in particular is very sensible, and you're definitely right about the lack of need for such huge extension on sight (I didn't realize how absurd that got).

Still working out some of my kinks in switching editions I guess.

Stay tuned for another two waves of heroes.

Then we can get to the fight.

I'm bumping this in preparation for the next two waves. Finals were powerful-busy.

Name: Morvanger Tolt (Phoenix 3E)
Age: 541
Height: 5’4”
Weight: 200lbs
Gii Ratio: 24:77
Affiliations: Nualite Council, Representative from Haliphon

Power Level: 11 (190pp)
(General Trades: -1 attack, +1 damage, -1 defense, +1 toughness)

Ability Scores (84pp)
Strength: 6 Stamina: 8 Agility: 5 Dexterity: 2 Fighting: 10 Intellect: 4 Awareness: 5 Presence: 2

Defenses (11pp)
Dodge: 7/10 (Yare) Parry: 10 Fortitude: 11 Toughness: 12/8 (Without Maldividus) Will: 11

Skills/Ranks/Bonus (28pp)
Expertise (Nualite Wizard, History) 4/+8, Stealth 6/+11, Perception 8/+13, Insight 6/+11, Acrobatics 4/+9, Pilot 4/+6, Investigate 4/+8, Search 4/+8, Computers 4/+8, Treatment 4/+9, Persuade 4/+6

Advantages (7pp)
Diehard, Power Attack, Accurate Attack, Ritualist, Improved Initiative, Improved Disarm, Fast Grab

Powers (60pp)

Yare-Vendalla (Removable -1) (4pp)
Enhanced Dodge 3 - Yare
Enhanced Advantages 2: Improved Defense, Improved Disarm
-A strong and tough scarf used to snag attacks, the Yare-Vendalla is fully capable of deflecting even the mightiest of attacks and remains hidden, wrapped around Morvanger’s neck, most of the time.

Nualite Elder Power Suite (25pp)
Morph +3 (Any Creature, Phantasms, Metamorph 1) – Veils
-AP: Illusion +10 (Visual, Phantasms) – Extended Veils
Forcefield +4 (Impervious) – Maldividus
Additional Limbs 3 (5x Tentacles) – Rymen Star Mark
Elongation 2 (Added Limbs Only)
Immunity 1 (1/2 Aging and Poison)
-As an elder Nualito, Morvanger has been reborn three times. With each successive rebirth his veils have grown stronger and his Maldividus tougher. He has also gained the mutation of his star mark, the tentacles of the Rymen.

Nualite Wizard – Zendil Power Suite (18pp)
Enhanced Strength +5 (Dynamic) – Zendil Force Boost
-DAP: Flight 5 – Zendil Force Warp
-DAP: Leaping 10 – Zendil Force Pinch
-DAP: Features 10 (Immovable) – Zendil Force Bracing
-AP: Damage +6 (Elongation 4 (Weapon Only), Improved Grab, Improved Pin) – Zendil Force Lash
-The Zendil Arts are those of the force and energy manipulation. They allow those who wield them to perform incredible physical feats and destroy their enemies. Morvanger is not particularly skilled with the Zendil and his powers are not as destructive as many other elders’.

Nualite Wizard – Alsha Power Suite (31pp)
Senses 3 (Dimensional Sight which Counters Invisibility, Life Sense 1)
Movement 2 (Dimensional Movement 1 (Blight Realm Only), Water Walking)
Affliction +11 (Flaw: Two Saves (Fortitude, Will), Range: Perception) – Alsha Transference
Communication +4 (Flaw: Emotional Transferences Only) – Alsha Transperception
-The Alsha Arts comprise most of the natural and learnable powers known to the Nualites. Morvanger is a strong emotive telepath, but his powers are not without weaknesses. The nature of Alsha transference is notably, a partially physical effect, and thus, it can be resisted by the tougher of foes.

Alsha Transference 1st, 2nd, 3rd stages of Affliction: Afraid, Compelled, Unaware

Complications
Responsibility - Younger Generation Nualites
Addiction - Rymen Smoke

Meta-Notes: 3rd Edition Morvanger from the Phoenix Foundation Setting isn’t a whole lot different from 2nd edition. Overall I like the change, mainly in the making of his Alsha Transference more powerful and in the cutting of costs (He’s 35 points cheaper in total, and the same PL). The River Living Veil is his Metamorph Form, and I’ll be putting that up shortly.

Why thank you. I rather like making disturbing character. :) Of course, usually they're not the main character of the setting...

Age: 19
Height: 5’2”
Weight: 105lbs
Affiliations: Imperial Toare, Lawkeepers
Description: Petite and pretty, Aadra hardly appears as the hard-line lawkeeper which she is trying to become.

Power Level: 8 (135pp)

Complications

Prejudice - Toare Lawkeeper (Represents pinnacle of Toare’s Imperialism)

Meta-Notes: She is one of the fastest characters defending the Serabin, but she is a bit of a blaster too. Of course, she can also do some damage up close too with her Black Thorn, but as a lighter damager, she is a bit limited in that regard.

That's a cool build for Aadra, Dweller. I like the idea of this pretty young woman also being a really quick badass who's sworn to uphold the law.
