Radarr Is Aerrows friend and side kick, Though hes treated as a normal character here. He is an extremely intelligent denizen of a long lost forest Terra. At least thats what im saying till they go into more detail.

:arrow: Hes entrely to smart and skilled to be shuffled off into animal status. Especially since he seems to be able to understand what people say to him and they can understand him.

I consider him and his people similar to wookies. The language is a speical one consisting of growls, clicks, howls, and whistles, very Similar to the Blizzarian language. If you learn the language you can understand it but may not be able to speak it back. As a note all of the Storm Hawks seem to be able to udnerstand him.

:arrow: His Bag of junk is a running gag in the series. Usually he uses this to pull out wrenchs, hammers, rocks, etc to threow at an enemy. occaisonally he yanks out an infatuated chicken. ((Dont ask :P ))

:arrow: Hes also a capable co-pilot and a craft mechanic able to make repairs in flight, by pulling the appropriate tool out of his junk bag

:arrow: Last note is his benefit just an animal. People just cant seem to see past his appearance and inabilitiy to speak. So the constantly ask if hes a pet (He hates this), More Importantly they severly underestimate him. They well ignore him , or talk about plans as if he werent their. he can use this knowledge and report to Aerrow or the other Storm Hawks.

Last But ceretianly not Leat. Stork. The Stormhawks mechanic, allaround Inventive genius, and Air Ship Pilot for their ship the Condor. Dont be fooled by his emo, paranoid, exterior, this guys dangerous especially behind the controls of the Condor.

And The gods help you if you attack him while in the Condor, he's got it rigged with booby traps and more importantly he has an incredible courage and confidance while in it. During the episode Fire and Ice at he fights off the entire raptors squadron by himself jsut using thr traps he set.

BEyond that though hes a pretty typical Merb A cold blooded species whose terra is subject to numerous Natural, disasters and storms, which have lead to the Merbs being a cautious people, sometimes overly Cautious.

:arrow: Stork is a gifted pilot, capable of pulling off precision maneuvers with the Condor. Hes, nearly as good as Aerrow.

For example, in the pilot episode he is able to successfully fly the Condor through the Wastelands, a stunt considered crazy to do for single pilots, much less an entire carrier. . He also in the Episode flys the Condor a Collosal sized air ship through a narrow tunnel system ala Lando flying the millenium falcon through the still under construction Death Star. Stork apparently feels much more at home in the ship than anywhere else to the point that he dislikes leaving it if at all possible

:arrow: The Stork-Mobile His personal Vehicle, features a number of safety devices of Stork's own design; these include a booby-trap detector, indestructible tires, a roll bar, parachutes, anti-lock brakes, 52 independent external airbags, and an ejector seat (Stork insists "you always need an ejector seat" which, like all his inventions, turns out to be useful). Despite its appearance, the Stork-Mobile can fly: the front wheels form two secondary rotors, the main rotor emerges from a compartment behind the seat, and the two real wheels form the tail rotor.

:arrow: he's a brilliant inventor. His devices, though never used as intended, are often incredibly useful or life-saving. For example, he invented a pair of x-ray binoculars, which he had designed to locate brain tumors. Stork also displays extreme ingenuity and resourcefulness during "The Code", in which he builds a versatile motorcycle from a pile of scrap within moments

:arrow: Speaking of the Millenium Falcon, The Condor is another DOnt judge her by her looks ship. While old and tempermental Shes got it where it counts. Shes faster and more manuverable then any other Airship, and Shes tougher then she looks. Capable of taking a serious pounding and still flying.

Avatar is the first and most complicated of MY Arcadian Academy Builds. He is also the Protagonist in some of the Stories I created for the Arcadian Academy, and one of my favorite Characters to play in a Hero High style Campaign.

:arrow: Avatar is an Powerful Elemental metamorph capable of shifitng oin the fly between multiple forms base don the traditional 4 elements (Earth, Wind, Water, Fire) And several Transitional Elements (lava, Sand, Ice, Fog, lightning) As of this moment he hasnt fully discovered the limits of his powers but is an expert at using them to great effect.

:arrow: Even with out them Hes an expert martial artist and a mini brick of sorts. very capable in hand to hand.

:arrow: Lastly inspite of being the New kid at the Academy hes allready started to make friends due to his calm and composed nature. the fact that hes a handsome devil doesnt hurt him in this regard either. Especially with the ladies. :D

This is Black Thorn. The Arcadian Acadamey kids Resident Scrapper and Arse Kicker. He's actually a nice guy once you get to know him, but for some reason most of the kids except Avatar and a few others avoid him.

this may be due to the fact that his powers are designed as a Metahuman predator. A superhero hunter. Basiclaly the premise is that nature allways finds a way to restore balance. So in a world where superhumans are thriving. Nature well create a predator to balance them out. Thats Black thorn. Still hes slowly making new friends as they discover how reliable and courageous he is, and as he opens up a little bit on his end as well.

He's recently caught the eye of the Flighty but fun to be with Cyclone. hes still a little shy and unsure of himself. but her winning smiles are beginning to warm him over.

:arrow: Blacks the most expensive of the kids but theirs a reason in that he just couldnt be shoehorned down any more without losing the flavor of the character. Still hes nasty as all get out.

:arrow: He is a Front line fighter extraordinaire. he hits hard, moves fast and can be anywhere on the battle field in seconds. He's a trained and competent fighter. And more then willing to draw blood as needed. This has earned him more then one talking to from the staff.

:arrow: His main attacks are from the dozens of Diamond hard, razorsharp Spines, that sprout form his body at multipel angles. Protecting the vulnerable parts of his body while injuring anyone foolish enough to strike him. they also inject a paralyzing neuro toxin that causes high lvls of fatigue and eventual paralyzation.

Bounce is the Arcadian Academys Resident practical joker and all around Class Clown. normally Such pranks would get your head dumped in a toilet or find you duct taped to the goal post on the footbal field. But not Bounce.

This is because Bounce for all his jokes out of battle, is deadly serious on it. He's the teams field medic and ambulance. Thier isnt a single kid who hasnt had Bounce pull them out of the fire at least once. This nets him a lot of leeway. That and he really is a damned funny guy. (perform comedy) :lol:

:arrow: A pure teleporter. Bounce can either teleport a decent distance with a decent load (jumper)

He can execute a series of short ranged fast teleports which make him extremely hard to hit and enable him to attack multiple targets as needed. (Combat jump)

Finally He can Execute a long ranged space warp that once deposited him on the moon (without a space suit) this last is the one that endears him to the gals the most. why take your gal pal to the local italian restaurant when you can take her to Italy for real Itallian food.

:arrow: Hes an accomplished Hand to Hand fighter, and extremely agile. easilly An gold medal caliber Gymnast. Hes also an accomplished linguist capable of speaking virtually anyt ounge he comes across.

Cyclone Lovely lady of the Air. Shes a blond Freckle faced cutie. whos a little flighty and oft accused of being an "Airhead". The reality is she's far smarter then she lets on. And only a few of the students can see through the Ditz act she puts on to hide her lack of self confidance.

Shes recently taken a shine to the Brooding Black Thorn. One of the few who can see past her facade

:arrow: A Focused Blaster of incredible power. with ehr elemantal control She can lift incredible weights and move mass quantities of air in various ways.

Its been theorized she may even eventually be able to control temperature and weather patterns. As it is though she can whip up tornadoes, and localized Hurricanes, and Fire Comrpessed blasts of Air that can knock down all but the most sturdy of Heroes.

:arrow: Of note shes also the Second fastest flier in the group only prodigy is faster.

:arrow: Cyclones general tactics well be to stay at range and knock bad guys on their tuckus's and keep them their or throwing them around to set them up for teamates.

Huntress is an Interesting Character with a lot of growth potential. Mayas the Tracker and scout for the Arcadian Kids. Shes got a suite of super sences that can hear a flea fart at a 100 paces and smell it too. A lot of School gossip comes her way by sheer virtue of being able to hear it clear across the Quad. Maya is very proud of her Native American heritage and well knowledge about its history. She has recently slowly helped fellow Apache Long Shadow accept his own heritage. The 2 are rapidly flaling in love.

:arrow: Mayas Super Sences are her prime abilitiy. especially her sences of sight, hearing, and smell. Her sence of touch is also increidblyA cute but she hasnt yet developed it fully. (more experience points)

Her sences are Analytical, Accurate, Acute, Rapid, and Extended. SHes capable of tracking at ful speed, and can see in multiple spectrums, Its enarly impossible to sneak up on her because of the absurd amount of sencory Data she can process at a given time.

:arrow: Mayas also possess slightly superhuman strength, Agility, and stamina. And is capable of Blinding Bursts of speed. Shes an accomplished hand to hand fighter and is well trained with knives. She wields a pair of combat knives in the field.

Icicle. The Arcadian Academies Ice Queen. Actually, Shes the Nciest gal youll ever meet, Attractive and a real Sweety. Just dont get on her bad side. or Hurt her friends. You'll end up a popcicle when shes through with you. Ice is popular amongst both the Students and Faculty. She has a crush on Avatar. (hell most of the gals do) But the guy that really Warms her Heart is the irrepressible Snowball. Now if only the big goofball would stop joking around long enough to notice.

:arrow: Pretty Straight forward build. Shes a full on Ice and cold Controller. She blasts ice and snow, creates large Quantities of either.
She can also coat herself in Ice to protect herself and use ice slides to get around the battle pretty fast. This can give her an edge by being able to take the high ground early.

Oh Fickle lady luck. How this one well torment you HAHAHAHAHA!! Jinxies all about the luck. She was arrested running scams on the Atlantic City Boardwalk with her 3 time loser of a father. The Arcadian Acadamey intervened, and Took her in and she's never looked back. Shes not proud of her past. So She tries real hard (sometimes too hard) to live up to the Headmasters expectations. Still she gets along really well with everyone expeiclaly Bounce, who is developing quite the crush on her. This is turing out to be a nightmare for the staff as its ahrd enough keeping up with the jones as is. But Add a teleporter and a luck controller to the same mix and you get advenures all over the world.

Guess shes just lucky that way. =^_^=

:arrow: Jinx is a full on Probabiliity controller. She can do 2 primary things. First she can guarantee that any roll in a round becomes the minimum result of 4. She can also do this for anyone she can perceive. She can also inflict badluck on an enemy causing all sorts of wierdness to befall them.

Secondly She has an over abundance of luck so she can share that luck with anyone she wants too. this is basiclalya boat load of hero points that she can use for herself or for friends.

Since their gotta be one in Every school. Knock Off is the Arcadian Academy's resident Emo and cool guy. He was Top Dog for a bit before Avatar came. Now all the Girls are crazy over Avatar, and Knockoff's Abrasive attitude is leaving him out in the cold so to speak. He's become something of a rival to Avatar especially after Avatar beat him soundly in a training room "Sparring Session" that ended up a peer 6 brawl between them before Avatar took him down.

Thats said hes actually very good at teamwork and when he can set aside his rivalry with Avatar the 2 make up an incredible team. with their complimentary powers posing a tactical nightmare for an enemy.

:arrow: Knock Off is an Matter mimic He can mimic the properties of any material he can perceive. becoming strong, tough etc.

His usual tactics well be to mimic the toughest metal or stone object he can find and pound what ever hes facing. if not hell use team tactics to try and get the best effect.

For all his abrasiveness he is an smart fighter and tactician.
