All joking about her mmm "Ample assets" aside. I chose the pIc because I wanted an action shot of PG, and most pics are usualy her estanding ro flying around showing off her cleavage. this was one of the best I could find.

IN preparation for my upcoming Arcadian Academy Builds. I decided to stat out The Gen 13 kids. And I had to start with my personal fave **drools** Cat.

:arrow: look up total package in a dictionary Cats picture well be their. Shes got it all Strength, Speed, tough as nails, And highly intelligent and educated.

:arrow: Reflected in her feats also is her leadership abilities and teamwork skills. As despite the varying quirks of her teamates she allways seems to get them running like a smooth well oiled machine.

:arrow: Conceviably the most powerful memeber of Gen 13 the only thing that holds him back is an extremely laid back and carefree attitude. if he ever actually applied himself to training with his powers hed be an absolute terror.

:arrow: Dont underestimate him ever, beneath that laid back attitude and disarming grin is a guy whos earned brown belt lvl in at least 5 different martial arts.

Last but not least to round out The Gen 13ers. Bobby Lane AKA Burnout.

:arrow: A straight up Plasma Energy projector and Pyrokineticist. Hes got all the usual refinements, intense blasts, explosions, melting things into piles of slag etc etc.

:arrow: Hes a little light on the skills front as he doesnt neccesarily recive a lot of face time in that regard, but he showcases a lot of raw power.

:arrow: Lastly if a GM wants to deal his latent telepathic abilities they should be stunted off his Plasma Array. But in the Stories they seem to be gone after the part of his brain that governed them was injured.

First Up Aerrow Leader and Sky Knight of the Storm Hawks. A much easier build then I anticipated Aerrow is incredibly Economical for what he can and does do. He actually came in less then Suzy-Lu and he's a better fighter and Pilot.

:arrow: Hes an incredibly Skilled pilot, Probably the best in Atmos, His combination of skills, feats, and luck is what enabled him to be the first and only one to defeat the Dark Ace in single combat.

This luck and skill is what enables him to Sucessfully perform manuvers other Sky knights would consider risky at best, Suicidal at worst.

:arrow: As with My other Sky Knights Builds, his benefit is such that he is a recognized Sky Knight By the Councel, The Youngest ever. And is accorded the Due Respect in this role.

As the leader he also has appropriate leadership feats. Hes a charismtaic indiviuala nd well liked by everyone he meets.

:arrow: His Weapons are equipment as they seem to be similar wepons available in the Storm Hawks universe.

The Crystals though are not. The Rare blue Striker Crystals he uses in those blades are VERY Powerful (hence rare), They charge the blades with an energy that can allow him to engage in his favorite tactic, Which is leaping on or at an enemies vehicle and Slicing the vehicle apart.

Lastly he wears a special Glider wing harness instead of a parachute since he excells in hand to hand and tends to leap off his vehicle to attack enemy vehicles.

:arrow: His Ultra Skimmer is a heavilly customized Air Skimmer 3 model. Its lightweight frame, counter balances the armor it has, and its crystal Afetr burner can give it Amazing busts of speed both in flight and on the ground. At the risk that if it may explode. It carries no Weapons on it but this is not an issue considering his usual tactical preferences

Finn The StormHawks Resident Braggart, Fall guy, Clueless womanizer, and all around useless weaney. So why do they keep this guy around you ask?

Well first off hes the best Sharp Shooter on Atmos. This guys the Hawkeye, Bullseye, Green Arrow of his world. To quote his weapons bio.

"With his crossbow oiled up and in good working order, Finn can shoot a fly off of a tri-horned wallabeast’s rear and probably not even get trampled."

:arrow: Again per his bio He's not the best combatant or pilot for that matter, (considered somewhat mediocre in fact. yet his marksmanship has saved the Hawks on more then one occasion. Hes got every feat neccesary to reflect this. Up close hes dog meat, But at range he's the Hero he actually claims to be

Hes also got an absurd Notice check, hes as sharp eyed as they come and can actually see a bit further then normal (eagle eyed feat make notice checks at -1 per 100ft)

He is also keen at sniffing out danger (and hard work) hence his danger sence. this has also saved the group on more then one occasion.

:arrow: His Skimmer is a standard version of Aerrows, its pretty much the standard type of air skimmer. Fast, manuverable, and quiet.

Its also frequently Blown out form under him due to his poor piloting skills. This inevitably leads to him a Crotch first landing on a friends ride ((ususally his pal Junkos)) and greeting them with a suitably high pitched voice. Hence his accident complication.

Next Up The Hawks Resident Ballistic engineer (read mechanic). Not wanting to be just another hot-headed Wallop (carrying a big wrench and smashing things) Junko aspires to be refined and zen. In fact, he was often picked on as a young Wallop for being such a wuss…until he received his family heirlooms, The Energy Knuckle Busters! With these on, Junko becomes the most powerful Wallop in the Atmos! Because sometimes heavy machinery needs fixing, baddies need to be clobbered and doors need to be smashed. With the Busters on, Junco’s a natural for the job – even if he finds it so darn… mean.

:arrow: As a wallops hes near sighted and not to bright. But compared to other wallops hes a genius. And highly skileld and educated.

:arrow: His Knuckle busters are his key weapons. They enhance his strength to insane lvls. He is shown in at least one instance catching a falling Airship and holding it off the ground. in another he rips a heavy steel door off its hinges with minimal effort. The Busters require a level of Superhuman Strength to use otherwise the strength is considered unreliable and uncontrolled.

:arrow: One other weapon of Note. He well occasionally use one of the Condor's Energy Cannons, Either in its turret mount or. He'll simply pick it up and carry it as a hand held weapon. A trully incredible feat and an awesome weapon.

I left this as non payed for since the weapon belongs to the Condo as opposed to him.

:arrow: One more note on his Air Skimmer. Its a little slower and less manuverable then a standard version but is mroe durable due to its reinforced frame.

SKILL MONKEY!!!!!! Perfecto. Piper is a one woman Sky Strike force. Shes the Storm Hawks Hand to hand Combat, Field medic, Investigator, Scientist, and Back up mechanic, Master tactician, and resident all around Jack of all trades. In a world of skills she's Bat Girl.

:arrow: Shes a master of Sky-Fu, reflected in her attack style she's easilly as capable on the ground as any of the boys. Its in thewir specilizations that they out do her (Marksmanship, piloting, Brute Strength)

She can also use her staff to deflect incoming attacks with frightening ease.

:arrow: her crystal charge, and Crystal Shaping are of special note. First Crystal Shaping is considered a rare skill and very difficult to master. Piper has a special affinity for crystals and has mastered this skill with ease.

Second this enables her to use crystals she hasnt seen before with ease. She need merely make a Craft Crystal Check to understand the crystals properties, and she can use it. '

an example is in the episode Fire & Ice. Suzy Lu lets her use the Blizzard Crystal in her staff. Piper then proceeds to craft a perfect Ice Statue of the girls within mere moments.

So in closing as long as she has a crystal she can place in her staff she can use that crystals properties. this si the 6 point version of the variable pool.

Her affintity with crystals also means she can neutralize them as she understands them intimatley and can use her crystal power to mimic a nullify. This is how she beat master Cylonis and destroyed her very powerful crystal Staff.

:arrow: Lastly shes a master tactician, Capable of coming up with a plan on the fly. Though granted the guys usually follow it to a point before predicatably going off on their own devices. .........sigh :roll:

:arrow: Her scooter is designed by The engineers from Greemus. Who were one of the last Terras to take to the skies, concerned with sustainable crystal fuel sources and environmental impacts. Unlike the Skimmers, Piper's Heliscooter only has one booster, making it slower. In addition, it is much smaller and so has almost no armor protecting it. It is, however, much more maneuverable than a Skimmer.
