Comments: Rolling on with GPB (Generally Playable Builds), here is the Black Panther at PL10. He is a very versatile character so leaned more towards that than power or speed with him, even though he is OK at both.
It should be noted that I am using the Wealth option of Benefit as a catch all in these playable builds instead of the variant option in the main book. I’m not allotting any specific ranks to buy things in order to keep the speed of any playtesting (and pp cost) down.
