Like I said, I want to tear some ***t up!

I figured if I was going to do this in the combined Thorpacoverse, Hulk would need a little better backup and I thought the three of them would have good reasons for following him. I may add the Warbound in as backup characters, but not knowing much about them, I'm not sure how well I could stat them up (any takers, J-Mart team?).

My thought process was that The Hulk would come back from Planet Hulk on his own with thoughts of vengeance. Knowing he would need help, he monitored some broadcasts and found out about Adam's rampage, Cain's struggles and Beta Ray Bill being trapped in that other dimension. Wham, bang, boom, he finds Black Adam who is obviously a kindered spirit.

Cain is an easy get because of his past with Xavier, and deep down, we know he's a wrecking machine and always will be.

Beta Ray Bill was trapped fighting demons for who knows how long and where were the Avengers? The Defenders? Thor? Hulk finds him, saves him, plays on his sense of betrayal and there you go.

I just threw in Shift and Indigo because...well, I like them. I'm sure I can figure out a reason why they would be with The Hulk. :)

The big rumble will be coming in a few weeks. First, though, I want let The Joker have a little fun.

Comments:
I guess tonight is Ultron night at J-Mart. First up is this PL10/150pp version of the epitome of Hank Pym’s incompetence. Only he could create a robotic “helper” that becomes sentient, evil, and has a massive Oedipus Complex that leads him to try and kill Pym (and sadly, continues to fail, further proof of his incompetence) and becomes one of the Avengers oldest and most dangerous foes. Despite my contempt for Ultron’s creator, I do consider myself a fan because at least he tries to accomplish a noble deed most of the time in ridding the world of his “father”.

This is pretty generic Ultron so I am going to making a couple more versions to encompass a few of his…er…her…um…ITS incarnations.

Comments: I bit more of a suped version of Ultron. Again, Ultron has taken so many forms and incarnations, you could build him anywhere from that PL10 PC type level on up to a PL15 world destroyer. I chose to go with this interpretation where he is still incredibly hard to hurt, can mess with people's minds and call on 25 120pp drones (still need to write them up...) for backup that are damn near as hard to hurt as my PL10 version of him. Even at this pedestrian level, he can wreak havoc on a team like the Avengers or JLA pretty much by himself.

Clean Up 5/29/09: Ultron gets a clean up and a finally got around to build his drones. He goes up a couple of PLs and he's better in combat, especially in melee compared to my previous PL11 version. Now he is really ready to rumble with a super team.

On Aisle 2 , we have the mistress of weather herself. Storm, finishing up the official line up of our Classic X-Men line.

I finally got around to doing the last of the official X-Men, and i didn't think id be able to tag her at PL 10 (150), but i did it. And i included some miscellaneous stuff, i wasn't even going to use in the build. So im rather proud of myself here. Enjoy :)

* Im not sure i understand this correctly or not, with the Environmental Control. But i think i figured it out. This means she has 4 points to divide between a variable amount of Environments, with a range based on the power rank (100')
** As for the Uncontrolled Weather Manipulation, i thought 2 ranks of Uncontrolled uner the Environmental Control could work too.

Now onto business. I have commissioned over 50 pics from Storn Cook which are in the Drawing Board thread. None have them have been statted for M+M. Anyone want to have a go ? I can give background if it would help for some of them. But otherwise you are on your own.

Hmmm. I'm willing to give a couple a try, as I'm a statting junkie. *None *of them have stats?

edit: Also, are all of yours noted as such? I'd hate to stat the wrong pic...

Where it says DT then yes they are mine. A lot of them are completely new and never done before so there are no stats anywhere for them.
The only ones that are not are The Blood Red King, Crusader and Half Track.
The Bone White Queen never appeared in picture or stat form and was a favour I did for Scott Bennie for letting me get The Blood Red King.
There are Champions stats for the Demoness, Flame, Unicorn, Vengeance. Magician, Ironskull, Starstrike and Nightmare. Killshot sort of as he is the villainous version of the hero Sureshot. I'll post the earliest and latest pics to show the range.

Britannia. Based on the model and dancer Vanessa Upton. She has a copy of the picture as well. She is on page 1 of Storn's thread. Can't get link to work

Cyanide. Winner of design character from scratch comp in 2003. He's Canadian and those force fields are poisonous. On page 2 with the Zombie card cut out. Not credited to me but I payed for it.

Then also on page 2
Poley Bear. He's Polar Bear sized so think how big that gun is. Pity the tailor though. And he is vain as he has to be well groomed. Yes he talks as well. What's the point of having a Polar Bear goon if they can't talk. Or curse.

Lastly Cusader and Storn's info on the character.
[quote="Storn"]The next guy is my own character, who I used to play in Red Dragon Universe (aka RDU) game. This is Crusader, originally Intercept, who took over the mantle of the original Crusader (an NPC). In published Champions Universe canon, Crusader is the capt. America analog. Bit more to the character than that... My concept started as can I do a power armor character who is interesting to me... and can I make a cape work as part of that skill set. (The cape glides, with very quiet air compressed jets for a very stealthy power armor).

Death Tribble so kindly comissioned me to do this, of my own character, for both me... and Neil, the main GM of RDU.

The RDU website is here: http://rdu.wikispaces.com/

And here is Crusader

Back Story: For a man almost never seen by his targets, Photonic is considered one of the most feared mercs for hire to walk the face of the earth. The only evidence he leaves are bodies with holes...no bullets...not casings....not even so much as broken glass. No one has seen his face, heard his voice, or know his real name. He is simply a ghost....a poltergeist that kills for money...and only works for the highest of bidders.

**ok...so the fun apart about this...is that that character came in UNDER what I thought he would. The Device alone is 96 points, and with everything it can do, i was surprised that he didn't come out at lvl 14 or so. so..I am HAPPY, first off. Now ...to explain a few things about the character. The charcter is built, feats and skills wise...to take you out from afar...like a severly special sniper. He can hide where ever he wants...wait...lock in on you...and put a bullet in your head...all before you have your first cup of coffee.

The suit isn't actually a suit..per, se. The Tactical Hard Light Assult System is actually just a belt. With the press of a button, a high tech suit of pure hard light encases the wearer, granting him a bevy of abilities, to carry out almost any objective.

All the weapons summoned are hard light constructs that work just like real weaponry, though greatly advanced. He prefers his sniper rifle or chain fed guass rifle to anytihng that requires closer range.

The concealment is give close rng, which means that tactical senses don't work till 5 feet...and 5 feet is just too close for his victims.

He can teleport, giving him an insanely fast get-away...and making most infiltrations easy as pie.

He has lifesupport- poisons....hard light can't stop poisons...go figure.

His super senses allow for the majority of visual senses: Dark, infra, ultra, tracking, and true-sight. It suit also gives him computereisze Presice shot...zooming in on targets at will.

He can also "energize" the suit, so that it gives off a bright light, blindind anyone that might come close to him...though this has only been used once.

Talented shot give bonuses to Notice and Concentration...the Talented Feat is from Masterminds Manuel...and I am really loving it.

Another MM feat is Oppertunist: if someone (an ally) is engaging the objective...he gets a free atk of oppertunity...something you don't want a sniper to ahve.

The Sniper rifle is all penetrating energy damage.

The Gauss Rifle is also penetrating energy/ physical damage with autofire and subtle...meaning it's a sniper rifle/assult rifle from hell.

so, there you have it...another Godfallen Origional....because I suck at conversions as of late. You CAN use him as a PC....but it's best as a NPC Villian that you have to chase around for a while...and tread VERY carefully around. I haven't seen an origional build in the J-mart for quite some time...and that isle just looked very lonely lately

Comments: Again, I can't help it, but Jason is one of my favorite current characters in comicdom. He potentially will be, in my universe (and apparently coming up in DC, as well) taking on the mantle of The Red Robin.

In my continuity, Jason is working to redeem himself so I got rid of his current arsenal of weapons in favor of more standard costumed adventurer fare. I kept a lot of the skills and feats that he has worked to achieve, that wouldn’t change just because he’s trying to stop killing perps.

This Jason has slightly different stats than the Red Hood Jason because I envisioned him as a different person, so I statted him thusly. I may go back and adjust him to give him Gadgets, but I think the Utility Belt array works well, because of his strained relationship with the rest of the Bat-family, which would limit his ability to gather all those gadgets that Dick and Tim get. Nor did he ever seem to have the gift for invention that they had.

Clean Up 2/8/08: Let it be known that I had the first Jason Todd Red Robin build on the Tank several months ago (8/21/07 as a matter of fact) and now I finally have a real pic for it! All bow to my precognitive abilities!

All kidding aside, here is a cleaned up, PC playable version of his latest incarnation as Red Robin, replacing my original build. This is Jason as of Countdown #14-ish (we’ll see how long it lasts, but I like it) as he and Donna Troy, Kyle Rayner and Ray Palmer try to save the Multiverse. And even though he is trying to be better, he still whacked someone even while trying to “honor” the Batman of Earth-51’s memory. He’s still a man who captures the essence of J-Mart…

With the official taking on of the Red Robin mantle, my original Jason Todd Red Robin build gets an upate as I continue to review the Gotham denizens.

Comments:
Had to get The Joker all trimmed down to a playable PL9 for use in my little Gotham story. Took a page from Baron and removed Harley as a sidekick since she is not with him anymore, and I really have to agree that he should have capped her long ago. But outside of that change, not a whole of updates compared to my NPC build of him. He’s still a pain in the arse for the Bat family. He can’t be intimidated and should have the ability to keep them off balance long enough to pull off his schemes and get away. He should be a fun play.

The reason I gave him just immunity to Intimidation and not all interaction skills is because I see The Joker like this: Batman can't scare him anymore so that nixes Intimidation. But he can still get under his skin and to me, that's Taunting so that stays. Also, I gave him two Favored Environments just to show that in cities, he's wicked, in Gotham, he's the baddest thing next to the Batman. Well, kinda...

Expect some more villainous PC updates soon, including Lex, VVD (that’s Doc Doom) and Magneto. They may not all get to PL10/150pp, but they will have starting PP for their level for use if someone wanted to play a villain campaign, but I prefer to have them higher level or just flat out as NPCs to be used as real challenges for the heroes. But more thoughts on that later, moving on to more builds...
