Comments: The best he is at what he does, the old Canucklehead, Wolverine. He stabs, takes a beating, gets up and stabs again.
Not much different here than the other Wolverine builds, except the way I constructed his Strike. With his bone claws, ergo, he has a natural Strike. With his Adamantium skeleton enhancements, his Strike becomes more devastating, so I added another layer of Auto-Fire and Penetrating. I think it represents his ability well.
Clean Up 3/7/08: Gee, since the Wolvie love continues on the Tank, I thought it would be best for me to post another Wolverine build. This is an update of my original Wolvie build tweaked into a PL11 playable version for use in my Earth-69 setting. I know Godfallen will be THRILLED when I get ready to run this one.
This one is pretty much the same as my PL10 Wolvie, just a little more vicious in combat.

Comments: You knew I couldn’t wait much longer for a playable Wolvie…
He was a lot easier to build than I thought. I just trimmed the fat in his regeneration and feats and I built him with a dependence on his Rage or other feats to hit his caps and there you have it. He’s still a melee combat beast and still is hard as hell to keep down. Not surprisingly, I’m going to unleash him soon.
Clean Up 3/7/08: A couple of tweaks to this playable Wolvie build. I messed up some math before.

Comments: You know, I didn’t know a think about either Tally Man I or this new one, but I had to stat the latest one up after skimming that bit about him and Jason Bard and the whole Harvey Dent’s gun thingy. Plus, I needed more characters for a Gotham thing I want to do, so he fits the bill. I built him with a higher OPL than DPL because he is supposed to be an expert marksman, but since he got taken out by Jason Bard, he can’t be that tough defensively…
Again, only going from Wikipedia and a skim of some books at a shop, I think I got the bulk of his style, but I could be wrong. As always, please advise if I am way off on something.
Clean Up 3/7/08: After reading a little more about The Tally Man, I am taking Dreaming Psion's advice and pumping him up to a PL8. Still can't see him being much higher than that, even if he did knock off KGBeast. Must have gotten the drop on him and rolled a Crit...
