So I guess the only thing for me to say at this point is that I have no idea of what those sites are used for or do. I'm pretty computer-stupid and the only things I really do with a computer is check my e-mail and post here. What can I say? I'm kinda stuck in the time before computers...Pitiful I know.

 What can I say, I've always had a deep love of the old Rogues' Gallery from Flash. What's not to love? The quirky names? The quirky costumes? Or even the super-quirky plans to get rid of Flash that never seemed to work all because Barry knew cool tricks with his speed?

 Piper always seemed to be the one who worked the crowd in the Rogues' crimes, his powers made him a natural for it. Even on his own against Flash he could use his control to force Flash to leave him to get away plus alot of his attacks were area attacks, which helped a good deal. Nowadays he has added the ability to control rats to his pipe and uses them to sneak & scout for him and even attack in horde all while he attacks on his own as well.

 Piper was one of the first Rogues' to retire from crime, and he was the only one that actually made it stick. He even ended up becoming one of the background cast for Wally for a long time during Mark Waid's run, he would often help Wally out with any kind of high-tech type problems he may run into.

 An interesting side note to me was that Piper was DC's first outed gay character. Not that they ever did anything with it aside from a few comments every now and then going about like someone just dropping it out in the middle of a conversasion. At least they tried, and it was a good bit of time before Marvel did the same with Northstar, so points for trying it first.

You mean Rogues'. Not Rouges'. Rouge is red, in french. A Rogue is a bad guy. They are different.

Keeping on with my additions to J-Mart stock of Flash's Rogues' this item is HOT, HOT, HOT!!!

Man, why do all the new guys hired here have the same craptastic sense of humor?

Can I just tattoo a bullseye on Randle to give the others something to aim for?

 Tar Pit is the kind of simple villain that basically needs a mastermind to tell him what to do or else he ends up robbing the Quickie-Mart for fast cash or whatever else may strike his fancy. Tar Pit is all about keeping a reputation and being respected, which if he doesn't get that he will go after whoever was dumb enough to insult him.

 I like Tar Pit mainly because he always forces Wally to deal with him in unique ways since Wally can't simply hit him because then he can pull Wally into his tar body and burn him up. Tar Pit is always big on destroying the scenery around him in a fight, he just doesn't care about the people around him, if they're too dumb to get outta his way then they deserve what they get in his mind.

 Mirror Master in all his glory here, pretty good at going after Flash on his own, but works better as back-up within the Rogues' acting as getaway or distraction for the others. Often he hides until he gets a clear shot that's easy and then lets loose, but when he does it tends to be a doozy!

:!: EDIT: I'm still trying to find decent pics of the characters I've posted so far. I think this new pic I found should work, but in case it doesn't let me know & I'll go back to the original.

Comments:
OK, Tattooedman got me thinking about the Rogues so I had to kick out a couple before he got to them! Hard to believe as many comics as I have read over the last 30-some years, but I have never ever read anything with Heat Wave in it. So this is a bare bones version of the long time Flash foe. He, like the other Rogues, is a one-trick pony that can cause Flash problems just because of that one trick. I gave him Seize Initiative to give a him chance to get the drop of Flash, who can be taken out quickly if you catch him flat-footed.

His opposite themed Rogue compatriot, Captain Cold, is on the short list to be stocked with Mick here.

Not a problem, glad to be of some kind of help.

I've always had an interest in the Rogues, my players hate me for always bringing in some version of them into any game I run. I've got to say that my favorite story from Flash was the Rogue War, with only a choice few toping it out (The Return of Barry Allen beats all of course).

I'm still working out a couple of the Rogues, like Weather Wizard & Trickster, and a couple others I still need to decide on yet for after that.

Guess that means I can leave those 2 off of my short list then. Fair trade since I nicked Piper from you. Great work on Heatwave though, it's not really a bare-bones build IMO. Very close to how I was gonna write him up.
