It does appear that she's back. Although I suspect that she never died. I'm not sure we ever saw a body at the end of War Crimes (I think Bruce just took Leslie's word for it). Speaking of the most unbelievable and senseless betrayal in comic's history...Leslie Thompkins has made an appearance in Gotham Underground...which leads me to believe that Steph and Leslie might have had some weird pact involving faking her death. Thankfully, Chuck Dixon is writing Robin again, so maybe this will all make sense in the end. :-)

I like that. I may give him Second Chance on a number of things, since he is all about duality. Thanks for the thoughts.

Great builds, Thorp.

That Damian Wayne scares the beejesus out of me. Son of Batman, trained by the League of Assassins? Why don't we just hand over the world to him, already?

Because then we'd be in trouble, when Superman's son, trained on Apokolips, shows up.

And wants his planet back.

Hey, just because Uncle Barry is back, don't think I'm still not the Fastest Man Alive. He and I are going to race on Pay-Per-View once this whole Final Crisis thing is all over and see who gets the title...

Comments: Since we were throwing out all these Rogues, I decided it was time to get a new Flash build up. As I continue to make playable builds at higher levels, here is Wally West at a playable PL12. As I said I would, I “researched” Taliesin’s build and killed of Super-Speed in favor of Speed and Quickness, which really does the same thing, just a lower cost and very little loss of flexibility, since the extra points were used to fill up an array that would one be able to pull from Super-Speed. But with this allocation, he can run full speed AND be able to use Air Control or Deflect, which makes him all the more effective.

Since Rapid Attack is not listed as a power, I tried to whip up a little mechanic to simulate it at the same cost. It's not quite perfect, but it's basically a deconstruction of an area strike attack, which is what I felt Rapid Attack was.

Clean Up 9/13/08: Wally was due for a clean up as I was going through my Flash builds. I bumped his Speed up to 20 from 17 so he could hit light speed with extra effort like Uncle Barry and refined a few things. I really need to re-do his main build, but that can wait.

We won't have to give him anything. He'll just take it.

He has the potential to be a great character if they use him right, which I hope they do. A Wayne/Al Ghul bloodline is a scarier combination than Conner's Luthor/El bloodline in my opinion.

I actually hope they make him a villain, at least at first. As Superboy Prime showed, and as Jack has mentioned before, the mindset that makes Supes and Bats the greatest heroes could easily be altered to make them the greatest villains.

 Booster Gold’s assistant, Goldstar. The build here is as represented in my Campaign World and for a series we ran tabletop and one I attempted some time back on rpol.net. Booster Gold runs a reality TV show called America’s Next Super Team. Civil War never happened in my world, or at least it hasn’t happened yet. The players always thought that they were going to be responsible for it… (It was in the vein of American Idol. The judges were BG, Dazzler, Luke Cage and the fourth one eludes me, but I digress...)

 She doesn’t quite reflect mainstream comics, but as the hostess for my reality show I think she works well and I’m pleased with the suit.

 Out of the suit, she’s a high priced PL 2, with 81 pp!

 For a simple build that was on my PC that I wanted to post this evening, I find that I spent a lot of time reworking her...

Wow, I really have to make a habit of checking these boards more often!

Great work, Bladewind. And thanks!

Comments: Another Superman/Green Lantern nemesis, Mongul. I eschewed the Sinestro Corps version this time and went with classic Mongul II.

This Mongul is still pretty powerful, but not stronger than Superman like his pop. He's can stay lay a hurtin' on a team of heroes without a top level powerhouse and hang with Superman for quite a while.

Comments:
My Superman-verse builds continue with everyone’s favorite Kryptonian megalomaniac, General Zod. I find it so funny that a terrific, long-time working actor like Terrence Stamp’s greatest legacy will be his delivery of that one line. That’s show biz, I suppose.

Zod himself was a fun build, even if I just dusted off my latest Kryptonian template and tweaked the skills and feats. But really, he is a match for Superman physically, he’s just not quite as strong, but his military training and prior physical skills make any fights between them a toss up. Throw in Zod and Ursa (and I am), and Supes really has his work cut out for him when he has to deal with the three of them. He’ll need every HP he can get to try and get out of a scrape with them.
