This is the leader of the Bestiary and one of the more..."intersting" conversions. I tried to convert the character over, point for point and honestly, he comes out rather underpowered.

The Variable Effect Pool (Chemical Reactions) is designed to mimic the fact that CHimera can work up almost any chemical reactiopn he wants. He brews up some lighter-than-air gas and presto he is gliding around. He can heal himself or heal others, etc etc etc...
I think that when i am done, Chimera will be the first one to have a remake.
