:arrow: Here is a second look at Peace Maker... also known as Kim Possible. Yeah I know... a Disney Toon?!? I have to admit that I only saw a few episodes of the show when my kids were younger, but it struck me as an interesting idea. I thought that it would be interesting to see what happened to her as she got older.

:arrow: The concept for this build is that she continued on with her work but then started to work for the United Nations. She is sent to different global hot-spots and tasked with trying to help out... unofficially. I see her as a sort of James Bond/Batman-esque character. She is all about the skills. She is not that heavy in feats but uses her natural physical abilities and gadgets to solve problems.

Taking a lesson from Zx-tole from the the Bio-Booster Armor Guyver Series...

I was playing around with Paint Shop Pro and I came up with this...

I swapped out the colors, added wings and then blurred the image slightly to give it a sense of power (At least I think so :roll: )

I want to stat it out to see what would happen if the Scarab were advanced until it reached it's "perfect form" a being super-charged with psychic energy.

Here is the write-up for Super-Scarab!! This is a whimsical thought that popped into my head. A super energized form of Neo-Scarab. I really didn't come up with a reason how or why he got hyper-energized.. it just happened.... No really!! It just happened.. :D

The telekinesis and the Telepathy are boosted. I gave the telepathy an area of 15 miles. So he can read the thoughts of people within 15 miles of him. His Will Save is also now boosted by the Scarab Carapace. This enhanced form also boosts his Mental Blast and his "Scarab Shock" area-affect weapon. The final extra is an energy aura that covers the Scarab. This form damages anything that touches it. Alas, in this form, he is restricted from touching anybody else since he cannot control the effect. Once activated, he is a power-house until it's over.

Sometimes I get inspired and I try to get it out of my head before I lose the thought. Now all I have to do is get a new group up and running so that I can play him.

:arrow: OK... as it is the Halloween season, I was inspired to create a character that is rather fitting.... THE REAPER!!! I hybridized several different characters and "borrowed" a couple of ideas from other people. Most distinctly, I grabbed the "Terror Toxin" design from the J-Mart build of Scarecrow.

DESIGN CONCEPTS
The Reaper is a rather simple villain, with a little twist. The costume is made up of several distinct pieces. The first major piece is the "Robes of ther Reaper" which is actually a 'Phase/Jump' Suit covered in spooky looking fabric robes. The base premise is that the robes are capable of generating a field that can:
1) Make the Reaper insubstantial (Ghost-like)
2) Allow the Reaper to make teleport 'jumps'.
* When the Reaper jumps there is a "F/X" component that makes it look as if he suddenly whisps-away.
The robes' headpiece also includes an independant air-supply to protect against the effects of the "Terror Toxin" as well as allowing him to walk through walls without suffocating.

The second piece is the "Staff of Damnation". This is actually the weapon that can disperse the "Terror Toxin" (ala Scarecrow). Like the DC Villian, the toxin creates massive levels of anxiety/fear as well as visual and auditory hallucinations. Concealed in the shaft is also "switch-blade" scythe blade, that can be deployed. It uses a mono-crystalular design that makes it very sharp.

The last piece of equipment is the "Wailing Lantern" This is a simple illuminating lantern that can, when activated produce an intense (magnesium flare) light and emits an ultra-sonic ghostly wail that both blinds and deafens a target.

The Reaper uses a combination of his Teleport, Insubstantial and his Terror Toxin to terroize his targets. He will teleport into an area, become insubstantial and walk through the walls to get to the target. He will then use his Terror Toxin to induce a fear-reaction which is helped out by the Grim Reaper imagary. He likes to watch his targets suffer from their own fears and thrills in the situations in which he can cause them to be the source of their own deaths.

This is the classic example of a socio-path. Little is known of the man behind the mask and some even have claimed that their is no man. He likes these rumors (he started several of them) because they only serve to heighten the fear effect. He is a truly twisted individual.

Hmmm. . . the Reaper looks particularly interesting (It would be more than interesting - postively COOL if someone used him in a storyline!). :wink:

I was originally thinking of using this character as a sort of "Ghost" character in the Horseman Saga. I started there and slowly it evolved into the Reaper. I like him more as a psychopathic killer than a "Ghost" espionage character.

If somebody would like to write something with the Reaper they have my permission. I would be interested in seeing what somebody else does with him.... I actually deliberately left his background blank so that it could be written later. I gave him a skill set that points towards his background... possibly medical.... possibly research. Who knows.... The best part.... is that I'm not even sure that he is a he.

Interesting concept there.
I like him more as a Darkman style avenger than a psychopath -- but he makes a very frightening psychopath.

It would only take a slight tweak and the Reaper could/would be a dark hero. The only real need tweak would be the focus of his attacks... If he focused on organized crime members.. he would be a Dark Hero.

i was seeing him as either the mafia-focused type of avenger --- or --- wouldn't it be cool if there was a dark vigilante in the Phantasm model who was that focused on killing off supervillains? Sort of like a reverse mask-killer.

:arrow: This is a character that I thought up in a few minutes... maybe the build shows it.. I don't know.

:arrow: Fate is a character formed by accident. Samantha Keding wehnt with her daughter, Mary and her mother Rebecca to visit her fiance at his lab. Her fiance was working on a super-collider project where they were experienting with different theories. Samantha had planned to surprise her fiance with their visit and then take him out to lunch. The day was truly going to ful lof surprises. As the accelerator sped up there was a sudden surge in power that was compensated for within seconds. Inside the lab, there was no reading of any further problems so the experiment proceeded. There was a second surge but this time, it was accompanied by a large explosion. Samantha, Mary and Rebecca were caught in the blast as well as her fiance. Samantha was found unconscious under some rubble,unconcious. There was sign of Mary or Rebecca. Samantha would remain in a coma for several weeks. Samantha's fiance was badly injured and was hospitalized for a while.
When Samantha finally woke up she realized that there had been some changes in her body. The first was that all her senses were heightened to super-human levels. She also was hearing the voice of her daughter and her mother. Samantha's fiance recovered also, but the strain of the hospital stays and the loss of Mary and Rebecca droe a wedge into their relationship. Samantha later returned her ring and said goodbye. She left England and moved to the United States to work for an international medical supply company.
As time passed, she came to realize that the changes in her body were more profound than she had initally thought. The energy released by the explosion had fused the three (3) people into a single form. She found that if she focussed her thoughts, she could talk to the other two (2) people. Her daughter and her mother. At first she suffered great waves of depression and anxiety as she realized that they all would live as one person for the rest of their lives. As Samantha learned more about her powers, the depression was replaced with hope and excitement. They had been given great powers.
Samantha was able to use her senses in the "here and now". All her senses were extremely sharp and acute. She could see farther, with more clarity and better retention than ever before. Rebecca, her mother, was given the same ability but paired with Postcognition. She could focus her sense to look backwards in time. By concentrating on a particular area or item, she could she the history attached to it. Mary gained the ability of Precognition. She could see events before they happened. Her clarity was good enough that they were able to win several smaller lotteries, thus giving them some needed money. Together the three women could see the past, present and future.

One evening, while sitting before a nice fire, the idea came to "them" that they could use these gifts to help people. Due to the nature of their abilities... these chose the name FATE.

In order to access the abilities of the seperate person, Fate changes into that person. She morphes into Rebecca to see the past, Mary to see the future. Samanatha is the "base" personality and the vast majority of the time, is who they remain as.

:arrow: Shi was one of my favorite comics for a long time. The art was great and the story was well crafted. Even though it looked like the classic "bad girl" comics, it was much more. It had depth and character development.

:arrow: This is a straight-forward build that is "Feat-Heavy" with almost every feat that I could think of. She can fight both offensively and defensively and when you put a naginata in her hands.... Watch out!!!
