Thanos, by the way, is pretty much finished. I'm on break at work messing around online. Right in the middle of the Sabertooth/Wolverine test (which is going well) and I've begun working on a certain famous foursome. :)

design notes...

First thing is first in case you're wondering, his grab checks are pretty severe +2 (elongation) +6 (move object) +4 (extra limbs) = +12 which is good enough to really squash Spidey hard. The crushing power of his arms is rank 10 too. Yikes. Otherwise what I did was put him together as a combination of the scientist and crime lord with a couple details here and there to bring out the supervillain in him.

SIDEBAR: ULTRON'S ROBOTS

Ultron can, and often does, send waves of robots after the heroes during battle. Use stats for the robot in the DCA hero's handbook on page 165. Add +3 strength, +6 fighting, Ranged Combat: blaster 8 (+7), Ranged Damage 9, Dodge +2. These should be considered PL8 minions worth 67 points each. Due to the rank of Ultron's summon ability, he should be able to customize his robots as the need arises.

busy this week (school, work, having a life, etc) especially with it being the start of football season here in these united states of america. my defending world champions go to war tomorrow night to begin defending the honor of the who dat nation. until then I'm just working out as many little kinks as I can with spider-builds. Goblin is getting a lot of attention as I'm in the middle of testing he and Spidey out.
