Background:
Frost, part of a dynamic duo with Flame. Twin brothers that were born with the abilities already active (something that didn't ever really happen in the universe they were in), Flame burned the hospital room they were delivered in followed by Frost freezing the flames to form a beautiful frozen flame ice-works.
Growing up they were seen being able to communicate as early as 2 months, one crying until the other looked at him, they would look to each other for a while and then the one that was crying would go back to sleeping/eating/whatever they were doing. As they grew up it was clear they had some connection but they also formed their own identities; Frost went more outside and learned to be a tracker and survivalist, he is the second best tracker in Se7en with only Wing being his better (and that is only because of Wing's abilities, during an event where all powers were disabled on the earth it was Frost that could track and hunt better).

So Beak. I'm not going to get too much into his history to say that he was a mutant before Decimation he had a bird mutation that made him look slightly like a large chicken mixed with an eagle.
After M-Day he and his wife Angel joined up with the New Warriors where he got his Blackwing suit, giving him The Vulture's flight, some protective armor (with small enhancers for his abilities) and wrist blasters. They also had a few devices unknowingly put in by Night Thrasher such as a device turning them insubstantial for a short time (it *really* ran down their batteries) but those should be power stunts or GM Plot type things instead of actual powers.
The Power Loss is their batteries, they couldn't run battles very long or they would start having to choose which abilities to keep and which to turn off

For those that haven't been to my website, I love Jono/Chamber/Decibel
A quick recap of Jono's life since M-Day (as before M-Day I'll have on my Chamber build, whenever I get around to it): So his chest blew up... again.
On life support. People kidnap his mostly dead body, take him to England and pump it full of Apocalypse's blood (he's related to ol' 'Pocky) and it heals his body, but turns him into looking much like Apocalypse ("Well there goes my charming British looks..."). Some lackies of Apocalypse ask him to join Clan Akkaba (the decedents of Apocalypse) and he refuses (not becoming an enemy, rock on). He refuses to join the new Excalibur while in England and moves to New York (not sure why, I mean an UK based team is right up his alley). Old team-mate Jubalee convinces him to wear a device that mimic's powers to be in a super-hero team made up entirely from de-powered mutants using similar devices (And ye turned down Excalibur why?). He starts wearing a kilt (W.T.F.?). After adventuring with Jub's and team for about 20 issues her leaves.
I hope he comes back after his new Apocalypse-powers kick in, Jono is not one that should just "fade into the night", they were going somewhere with Jono and his blood transfusion... unfortunately it may end up in the pile of stories started by one writer and not continued by any other.

Aye, I won't pretend to know anything about her, though building her suit was hard. Not because it was complex, it was too simple! I was hard pressed to make her a PL7, sorry to any Tattoo/Longstrike fans out there.
I was surprised to find she could lift the same as Spider-man with the suit, but she wasn't hugely powerful so I put most of it as Power lifting.

Having issues making Donyell. So far I have him a PL10 built with 215pp /facepalm He is too good! Going to just start trimming his skills/advantages and see where that gets me.

Ye gods this guy was tough. Like I said in my last post, I had him at 215pp (PL10) before trimming him down to this. At first I had him trimmed hard core but then I realized all his suit and powers were was equipment, not actual devices like the rest of the techno New Warriors. That freed up a Ton of pp (from 50pp in powers to Equipment 13)
So Donyell, Night Thrasher v 2.0 after his big bro Dwayne died in the Stamford accident. He has issues. Like the rest of the team he is a depowered mutant (he used to have electric abilities much like an electric eel) and he had plots to try to bring his big bro back to life, plots that would make Dr. Doom proud even. First he doesn't tell his team, the one he himself built, that he is Donyell and not Dwayne. Then he goes through great lengths to make sure everyone else thinks that Donyell was in a car accident and lost his legs (having an image inducer to 'prove' it) so of course it can't be Donyell... Dwayne must be back from the dead! *chuckles* only in comics does that make sense. A lot of things happen in the course of those 20 issues he had with this team, so much that I suggest folks just read them, or get the abridged version Here (normally I link Marvel Comics Database, but this time Wikipedia actually has a better version).
Donyell is your average martial artist on crack (Seriously, he was an insanely good martial artist and acrobat) and his suit just helps him out with is protection and he has the few goodies he has. His Form-Energy Weapons are solid energy weapons his gauntlets could make, it could make different types of weapons but they were all used in the same way so I didn't think Variable fit (besides the fact he knocked his fighting sticks together once and made a wave of energy. That got it's own Alt although he only did it once so it was probably a power stunt. It was cool so I made it part of his stuff ^_^)

Design
Phaser, brother to Longstrike and the token drama character for the first story arc (every comic has it, I was happy to see it wasn't Jono the whole time lol) During the first battle ("on screen" that is, they supposedly had been in a few fights before this) his sister is killed, rather graphically, by Cancer of The Zodiac gang and that is what triggers Sofia (Wind Dancer) to jump in and become a hero again. Phaser was pissed about his sis dying and almost quit. The rest of the team convinced him that his sister was just a dumb arse and got herself killed "I mean come on! Stilt-Man?!" (close to an actual quote from the comic, I just can't remember the exact words. I agree though. Extendable limbs does not a hero make unless ye have like 6+ of them at least.) He promptly forgot all about his pain of losing a sister unless people brought it up to tease/insult him (funny how comics do that huh?)
His abilities are being able to deflect energy with his large gauntlets or shooting a large laser out of his chest piece. The half-immune energy I gave him as it seemed he was partially resistant to energy attacks too even if he didn't deflect them away.
This was another hard one to make PL10, I could have done him around PL8 but decided to fill out his skills a bit more (and gave him that 1/2 Immune: Energy)

Sofia was decently easy to build as well as hard, hard because she is another character with too easy powers, easy because I could fill in the pp gap with skills and advantages thanks to her being a decently used character. (It's the ones that haven't been used often that are the hardest, don't know what skills/advantages to give them)
Her 'powers' are a set of Doc-Ock like tentacles (6 of them) that can give shocks to anyone they hit. I can hear the hentai kiddos squeeing in joy already ;p She also had a golden glowing shield generator (as in when on it made he glow gold, enough so that I put Noticeable, it would foil any chance at Stealth if she tried it). The movement/speed/leaping are what I think would be easy to do given 6 extra limbs that can extend 30 feet.

Ripcord, formerly Stacy-X (formerly X-Stacy heh) and former prostitute that never slept with anyone for money (me thinks that some folks don't know the meaning of the word prostitute.) After M-Day she went back to her hooking ways and this time it is implied that she had to actually 'work' not just make her clients drooling puddles after using her powers on them. Sometime after that she joins the New Warriors and picks up a Slyde suit with some tentacles, web-shooters and leap-frogs springs (much like Renascence, a Hentai lovers dream, she now has tentacles, comes with her own bondage gear (webs), and is silky-slidey smooth).
Her suit has some fun things, she is immune to grab/entanglement effects and can kinda skate up to 30mph thanks to the Slyde suit, leap 6 stories (each story being 10 feet for a total of 60 feet), and use either her web-shooters or her tentacles to swing around town. It never shows Ripcord using her tentacles for much heavy lifting so I just put 1 rank of Power-Lifting and ye can always power stunt for another rank.
That's pretty much that ^_^

Skybolt is another character I am not too aware of before he became a New Warrior. He fit the role of air-support and blaster in the team, flying by and raining down projectiles on the foes or floating in one spot and letting loose like a chain gun. It's mentioned that his Wrist Blasters can fire lethal and non-lethal projectiles (doesn't matter much in 3E, but it does mean he can fire while keeping an enemy alive for questioning)
Pretty straight forward character, he flies, he shoots things, he has tough armor. He has a cute move where he uses himself as a human battering ram which I put in there, it has Check Required: Flight so that he has to aim his flight just right to hit his target.
