I remember when i picked up my first book, with 1st edition.. I flipped through it, still very much a hardcore MSHRPG fanatic.. and fell in love thinking.. "This is just what I have always wanted!! Hhm, how about you take what are ordinary human level characters [aka up to action movie level] from movies and tv shows and amalgam them with superhumans? Like Kim Possible with Supergirl, Phineas and Ferb with Forge and Iron Man, and stuff like that. Some Looney Tunes characters with superheroes and villains would be funny to see.

Leroy Jethro Gibbs, Senior Agent & Team Leader (Hard nose, no nonsense, take charge; Sniper)
Timothy McGee, Special Agent & Technology Specialist (computer geek, elf lord "mmorpg player", romantically inept)
Anthony Dinozo, Senior Field Agent (the"class" clown, and self stylized ladies man; ex police)
Ziva David, Special Agent & Mossad Liason (Feme Fatale, ex Assassin)
Abby Sciuto, Forensics Specialist (Nerdy, Gothic, and spunky/cheerful; Volunteer for many charitable organizations)
Dr. Donald Mallard, Chief Medical Examiner (wise, psychological profiler, the guy everyone goes to for advice)
Jimmy Palmer, assistant Medial Examiner (Socially inept, perhaps the shows "Comedy" relief, by his inability to tell a good joke)
Leon Vance, Director of NCIS (similar to Leroy in personality, but with lots of secrets in his closet, having to do with naval intelligence)

I am going to try and make "Marvel" amalgams of these characters.The list below indicates possible Amalgam choices, though I'd love more help from knowledge Marvel Comic fans, who also know of NCIS.

Builders Notes
The template got re-written, as of today; for an upcoming phoenix build in the near future. I've decided that the Jean Grey "Phoenix". Sits comfortably at a PL 13, though this changes the more she becomes uncontrollable, and rises up to a PL 16. At the same time, the Phoenix Force , is meant to take over the form of the most powerful Telepath (so I've always wondered why Prof. X, was not chosen, till later reetconning in the last few years of Marvel). And I am definetly not going to get started, on the Phoenix 5 arc I have heard about. So the stats written above, are for a controlled Phoenix Host , who has not been corrupted by the vast power that the Phoenix Force offers. No mortal being was meant to house the Phoenix force for long, with some kind of Psychology damage , which is no wonder why it requires a being with at least 10 ranks of Telepathy to house it's spirit.
