The general consensus is that Thanos is a PL 16 being. Then again on your PL chart 16 is reserved for Skyfather level. Yet Thanos in the pass wasn't able to stand to Odin on his own. Current Thanos however is cable of knocking Galactus (a being beyond Odin) on his ass and mentally enslaving a Silver Surfer level being. This seems to imply that Thanos is now on such a level. So yes PL 16 seems right for him.

Yeah, its taking a while to get used to the PL's above 12. Because to me, I still feel Odin/Zeus, should be PL 18. But then it just throws everything out of wack. Though I have been doing some reading lately, gasp, lol.. Been trying to get used to the 3e pdf.

The Big Issue is that gap between what is considered peek super human, and when does Cosmic start. By the Core, PL 14 is the peek. PL 14 would be the start for the cosmic hitters. And I agree with this to a point, though I'm more comfortable with PL 12 being the cap, and 13 being the beginning. But my only reference to maybe a thanos level being in DC, would be that of Darkseid? Just curious, it's always seemed, that sups needed help to bring this guy down. But that's just my limited understanding. And he's PL 16. In 2E you got Hades at PL 15! . So I'm guessing my scale is more in tune with core.

So could I. A rather interesting idea all the same, even though my nephew kept on changing his mind about things. And just trying to think of every cool thing to give him, I had to control his urge and guide him to stay on concept.

Here's a character from my 2E thread updated to 3E. I dropped a lot of powers, and just concentrated on a theme. Randy is the biggest computer geek you can think, but he is also a computer mastery. He graduated high school by the age of 12, and went on to build computers and write computer programs and software. By the time he was sixteen he was working for Microscoft, in their R&D Department. Things can only go up from here for him! He has unlocked a very special gift, he can translate reality into programs, and vica versa.

His scariest power is his Matter to Data Converter, which will transform a target into viable data that he can store in his computerized brain. With his Combat simulator at home, its actually a program on his computer. He simply digitizes himself or anyone else into the program, and can run through the simulator.

Taking that hate directed at her kind, she turned it into a one woman war against predjudice, there's just one problem.. She'd rather kill the opposition, then fix the problem. Where ever Hatred flairs, Vigilance is there to eliminate it.

Love Digital Man, definately a unique concept and set of powers. Vigilance, did you orginally design her as an amalgam of Jean Grey and the Punisher? The attitude, appearance and powers definately make it feel like that.
Also that 4th Wall Knowledge ability, imagination if she could see out of every issue she is in. The death glares that fanboys would get... :lol:

I got a LOT of builds on my 2E thread, that need converting. Yes Vigilance, is an Amalgam based on the picture i Found there. Thank you for the props on Digital Man. I can't believe how powerful I made him in 2E, its nice to be able to bring things down to earth with a rebuild. As for She-hulks 4th wall knowledge, well.. we wont go there . :wink:

Complications
Fame: Bryan aka Monsoon is a public figure, and has no secret identity. So trying to have a normal life, is pretty much out of the question for him. And of course this attracts all the wrong attention, especially by villains.
Motivation: Recognition: At first Bryan did it for the thrills, now its all for the recognition and fame that comes with being a Musician and a Super Hero.
Quirk: Bryan does suffer from depression, and this can have an adverse effect on the weather around him if he is not conscious about it. Extreme moods can cause the weather to change dramatically if he means it to or not.
Relationship: Bryan is married to a Tracy Storm, and she is important to him. As well as the rest of his family, even if he has lost touch with them because of his busy schedule.

Background:
Bryan Storm grew up in Tucson, Arizona as a young child. Growing up in a middle class family, and living what some would call a comfortable if dull life. As a teenager he got into role playing games, this is when his first powers began to develop. During a monsoon storm, which Bryan always loves to be out in. He was struck by lightning, but was surprised when he stood there feeling a tingling sensation coursing through his body. His clothes were worse for wear, but he was unharmed. After that he became very sensitive to the weather environment. And found out not only could he control the weather, he could fly. His mastery with weather control is very extensive, as can be seen. It was at this time, he secretly took on the name of monsoon. And began to use his powers to fight crime. During his senior year in high school, not only was he in choir in school but had his own band. He was spotted by a scout, and his life changed for ever. He was noticed, and his dream of being a rock star became true. He signed up with a record deal, and began to make his first album. During a concert, and an attempt on his life his identity as monsoon was made public when he had to use his powers to save everyone. Sure now his life is really hectic, but his popularity grew even more. He has been a performer ever since.

Builders Notes:
Bryan is one of my own namesake characters, originally from my years of MSHRPG. But I decided to update him, back to my original concept and ideas about him, which 3E makes rather easy.
