Here is Sam Reeves who is a supporting character in Kenseido's Being Human game on the gaming boards.

Sam is the property manager for the main character's house and claim to fame is trying to drink a werewolf under the table.

BACKGROUND

Jimmy Reeves was a self made man, he now owns a collection of houses and flats around town which he has built up over the years. It is fair to say that the houses are either not in the best condition or in the seedier parts of town. The renters are often those who are wanting to hide from the world or those of last resort and sometimes both. Suspicious of the taxman Jimmy likes to deal in cash as "those government spooks can't trace hard cash" but he is getting to the age where he doesn't want to have to run round chasing money and some of those people give him the willies. Fortunately for Jimmy his younger brother, who is an accountant, kid Sam has turned out okay and was more than willing to work for Uncle Jimmy.

Sam was only too glad to start working for Uncle Jimmy as Sam had no interest in becoming an accountant like Mum and Dad. Always

Sam now goes round the various properties that Uncle Jimmy owns to collect the rent, carry out any odd jobs or repairs that are needed (within reason :) ) and also to keep an eye on the properties and the renters as there are some strange folks out there.

Description

Sam is about 5'8" and of slim build, always wearing a cap covering ash-blonde hair. Sam's only visible form of jewelry is either a silver or gold hoop earring in the left ear.

COMMENTS
Sam is under points at the moment and the ranks in craft and knowledge reflects Sam's skills in carrying out various household repairs from blocked drains, carpentry, repairing holes in the walls and ceiling (don't really want to know how that happen) and in one case chimney cleaning (Sam still tells everybody that it was a large bird that had blocked the chimney and tries to forget that the bird had an extra limb or two). Sam is also an avid mechanic and loves to tinker with cars and motorbikes.

Here is a PL6 version of Hunter for BedLlama's Gotham Blues game on the Games Board. The main changes are removing the Mental Blast array and giving Hunter a melee option in combat using a chain.

BACKGROUND

Coming from a long line of police officers Janice goal in life was to join the force and from an early age that was her number one focus. It was during training that Janice discovered that she had an issue with the rules and regulations that she would have to abide by as a member of the police force. After several incidents everybody agreed that the police force was not going to be the right fit for Janice.

Still wanting to deal with the scum roaming the streets Janice fell into bounty hunting as a way to make ends meet and discovered that she had a nack for it and quickly gained a reputation as one of the more successful hunters and someone not adverse to using lethal force.

Janice "Hunter" Masters is regarded as one of the top bounty hunters today and has been known to go after supers if the price is right. Her reputation varies across the country and in some places she is a hero that is feted and in others she is viewed as the next thing to a villain but most normal criminals will run to the nearest police station once they hear that Janice is after them.

After seeing what happen to Batman and been a secret admirer of him for many years Janice was already on the scene in Gotham before the call went out for reinforcements trying to track down Bane. Realising that she couldn't do it on her own Janice volunteered to join the new units.

:arrow: I have made Squire PL10 and a number of years older than her appearances in the comic to reflect that she is now a veteran hero and moved out of the sidekick role. Her ranks in languages show her talents in communication and in her normal life she works as a freelance translator.
:arrow: I see Squire as still been based in London and working closely with my Osprey and Southpaw characters. She could also team up with the Queens Own group from time to time as well.

BACKGROUND
Dear Diary

Have you ever wondered what that saying "Be careful what you wish for as it may come true" actually means as if you want something and it comes true then it must be good, right? Well no, I now understand what that saying means and yeah to explain better will need to go back six months.

During the holidays the carnival comes to town and my twin sister and I always go to it. There are rides, food stalls and other events yet it always slightly different from year to year so its a bit of an adventure as well. Anyhow we had been on most of the rides and then we came to a wishing pond which was new. So we throw our coins in and make a wish then something caught my eye and on a spur of the moment decision I decided to reach into the water to grab it and my sister decided it would be funny to push me into the pond.

I was surprised when i entered the water, even though I knew the pond was only a foot or deep it felt like water was all round me and in the distance was a light. Without thinking I swam deeper and deeper my lungs burning as the air slowly ran out and then just before I felt like blacking out I grabbed whatever was making the light. A voice then sounded in my head "What is your wish" and without thinking I said that "I wanted to be a Super Hero". Next thing I am kneeing in the pond soaking wet with Amber's laughter in the background and an attendant walking towards us with a resigned look on his face. After receiving a lecture we were told to leave and as we went to get something to eat I slipped the small brass ring in my hand on.

The next week I had the same dream every night of me holding that ring and saying or thinking "Valiant" and then a flash of light and then I wake up. Deciding to give it a try and not really expecting anything was shocked to see a flash of light and next thing I realised that I was over a foot taller and then that I was a man. To say I was shocked would be an understatement and without thinking I found myself a couple of miles up in the sky. After flying around I landed and discovered that I could turn back to my normal form the same way. Going for an other flight I got caught up in my first super battle and discovered that I was also super strong and tough and knew how to fight, guess I must have picked up more from those self defense classes than I realised. It was after the fight that I noticed the looks that other women were giving me and discovered that I was a major hottie and I still don't know how to deal with it.

In fact Starlight a superheroine who I had always admired made a pass at me. I guess my shocked reaction was not what she expected and after apologising she explained that she didn't realise that I was gay. I should have told her the truth at the time but it was an easy way out and now I don't know what to do. Amber is getting suspious as well as we have never kept a secret from each other before and thats a mess I don't need either.

Oh the news on the radio is talking about a robbery in progress so I better go and save the day and finish this later...

BACKGROUND
It wasn't until she was a lot older that Lilly Song realised that where she grew up was not normal for most children. In fact a monastery located in the jungles of Thailand with children of all races and some non humans been raised, taught and trained by a group referred to as "Masters of the School" in various fighting styles and other talents was all the life that she knew. Some of her fellow pupils were the offspring of super villains and in the odd case super heroes whilst others were abandoned orphans or the payment of a debt to the school.

For Lilly the Masters claimed not to know who her parents were and so she trained to learn as much as she could and to be the best. Upon her 18th birthday the Masters offered her a number of choices to remain in the School and help train the new pupils, leave and fade into obscurity or become a mercenary. Lilly choose the life of a Mercenary and over the years have established a reputation as "Thorn".

BACKGROUND
Karena Sanford grew up in the school in the wilds of Thailand along with the other children and students of the Masters, unlike her friend and rival Jasmine, Karena knew who her parents were but she didn't know why they left her at the school after her sixth birthday. That day was the last time that she saw her parents and over the years Karena came to view the school as her home and family.

Once out in the world Karena chose the path of the bodyguard rather than a mercenary or combatant as she found most people do not seem to notice a woman taking notes in a meeting or serving drinks. As Velvet Karena is regarded as one of the finest bodyguards that money can buy if you are looking for someone to blend into the background.

BACKGROUND
:arrow: Here is my version of an experienced Bette Kane who in-between playing professional tennis continues to moonlight as the heroine Flamebird. Flamebird is slightly undercapped on offense but hits them with sneak attack. I have also assumed that her Electrified Gauntlets can be classed as part of her unarmed attacks.

:arrow: From the various wiki's it appears that Flamebird has had a varied career over the years as a "Robin" figure to Batwoman to a member of the Teen Titans and now written out of continuity. If I had to place her anywhere now it would probably be as a "reserve" member of the Birds of Prey.

:arrow: I seem to have run into a blank with coming up with more or less original characters so I will probably start stating some of the lesser known characters from DC and Marvel.
