Power Absorption: Rogue must make an attack check to attempt to touch the the target. If Rouge succeeds, the target makes a Dodge resistance check (DC 23) to avoid skin-to-skin contact. If the target fails this check, they then make a Will resistance check (DC 23). If the target fails the Will resistance check, the power takes effect normally. If the target makes the Will resistance check, he or she can can allow the power to take effect but then assumes control of Rogue's body. This means the target retains his or her traits and gains Rogue's traits as well. If this occurs, Rogue suffers from the Affliction and Mind Reading effects of her Power Absorption power as though she failed her resistance check by two degrees.
