Loved the Black Widow build!

You really get the characters and what each can do, and as a fan, I appreciate that! :) As a reflection of that undstanding, your builds are great. For instance, you get that 'Tasha can lift 500 pounds (not straining) thanks to the Russian varient of the Super Soldier Serum she received, and so her str should be the 4 you listed and not less than that. Thanks for keeping/making the characters true to their comic appearances! 8)

I see what you were trying to do with Cyclops, but that's really not the way to represent his eye-beams.

When you increase the duration of a power like damage, it means that if Cyclops were to hit someone with his eye beams, he couldn't stop causing them Damage. Every round, forever.

Also, its not a Feature to take the Duration from Permanent to Sustained. It actually wouldn't cost anything, since Permanent and Sustained powers cost the same, all other things being equal.

You could give his main blast the Uncontrolled Flaw and then have the Ruby visor buy that off, but an easier way to do it would be to just call it a Complication for his powers and simply buy them as normal duration attacks.

You're absolutely right. A Complication is the best and least complicated way to handle Cyclops' inability to control his beams without his visor. I made changes to make the build reflect this.

I was thinking, couldn't you use a feature (instead of Enhanced perception 10)? Difference is a feature could give you a +5 bonus to a specific task for 1pp, in this case the visual tracking power. Where is enhanced perception is giving you a +10 bonus for 5 pp.
