Background Information:
Circe is a veritable social butterfly with the psionic ability to enhance her ability to manipulate people. Even to go so far as to Control anothers mind, or even alter it with her power. He real name is unknown, but it is very obvious she has never had to work a day in her life. She took her name after the famous greek enchantress. She has always had the ability to manipulate people even as a young child. And as an adult, there is little she wants or need. Between her business acumen, and her powers she has made the wealth and connections she would ever need. Her way of speaking is very distinct, and has a european accent, that much is certain. And her fighting style, is coupled with her use of the Baton. Giving her superior fighting skills. However she is mostly a behind the scenes kind of person, using minions to do what she wants. She may even have a few super powered invidividuals under her control. Triad, is a group of 3 powerful female villains, that use their powers and influence to get what they want, which Circe is the mind behind it all.

My original build was PL 10.. though good for a super hero setting, I felt this build would be more appropriate for a fantasy setting.

Many of these pictures I got from Deviantart.com . And I hope to do some more builds, when I can think of some new characters. Just out of ideas that are interesting at the moment. I would love to do my own version of a "superman paragon" type, but it would really help to find an image. And that's where I am stuck on.. and of course a "Female" version.

Hm...Well, you could do a goddess type paragon. There are a lot of them in history. I found this guy named GENZOMAN on deviantart. A terrific artist I might add.

And by the way, I have some more builds up! Some of your characters inspired them. Thank you.

You could use Alex Ross' Starman/Star Boy for something like that. It's one of my all time favorite designs, actually.

About the only character I could find that probably fits what you're doing. I think.
