Okay this is Archer from same place as my Heracles Build. Im currently using him in a campaign (though with a few of the powers missing due to limited points) and he has so far been quite balanced. A powerful melee fighter with the ability to create any weapon he may need at the time. His Tracing ability allows him to create other weapons he has seen, making it the only way that he can create weapons with elemental or magical aspect, though he is still capable of modifying basic weapons to fit a situation with things like Penetrate, Reach, Split, and the like. Assessment can become quite useful to identify what you may need to add to a weapon, or take away. Also with a +10 across the bored with Melee and Ranged alike, there is very little he cant pick up and fight with.
