Well looked at some of the strongest characters, and they would often have a strength of 19, as a Demigod it seemed appropriate. Plus I only recall him hitting her perhaps one time (been a while since I saw that one). Could have been all-out attack like you said, or even a critical with the added effect of knocking her down or some other impairment.

Okay this is Archer from same place as my Heracles Build. Im currently using him in a campaign (though with a few of the powers missing due to limited points) and he has so far been quite balanced. A powerful melee fighter with the ability to create any weapon he may need at the time. His Tracing ability allows him to create other weapons he has seen, making it the only way that he can create weapons with elemental or magical aspect, though he is still capable of modifying basic weapons to fit a situation with things like Penetrate, Reach, Split, and the like. Assessment can become quite useful to identify what you may need to add to a weapon, or take away. Also with a +10 across the bored with Melee and Ranged alike, there is very little he cant pick up and fight with.

Again, I don't know much about this character, there are a few rules things I do know about.

For one thing, you can't take Noticeable on a normal Variable power, because Variable is Sustained by default, and Sustained powers are already Noticeable unless you pay for Subtle. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by 3 ranks of Unreliable on his Projection. Does that mean that he can use 3 ranks of Variable normally, and then if he uses those last 3 (or in other words, more than 15 points), he only has 5 uses of that? That makes sense to me, I just wasn't sure if that's what you meant.

For his Unlimited Blade Works, are those listed powers the only ones he can use-Dimensional Movement, Feature, and Enhanced Benefit? Cause if so, its so much cheaper to just buy those powers as is. I'm not familiar with the character, so I'm not entirely sure what you want this power to do.

However, if you want to 'buy back' the flaw on his Projection, its not a one point Feature. You have to pay the full price of the Flaw. Which, if I'm reading it right and he only has 3 ranks of Unreliable, is 3 points. So you'd have to pay 3 points for that.

I thank you for the tip on Noticeable, changing that now.
And you are correct about the 3 unreliable ranks, three can be used normally, and the other three on top of that can be used 5 times.
Now that you mention it, I think you are correct, I could do it with just a Linked modifier I think. Unlimited Blade Works is not how I had originally stated it, Ive modified it a lot, I just never thought to take it out of Variable. I am gonna do the math and see the cost difference.

Oh and I seem to have forgotten to add the appropriate modifiers for dimensional travel as well

If my Math, and understanding of the rules, are correct this time I think there is a difference of 4 points.
