Always love those two, my fave marvel couple outside Pete and MJ.

Still think my only advice would be some taunt and improved taunt on Bobbi, She isn't called Mockingbird for nothing and she and hawkeye both share that propensity to jabber when fighting

Stil all around awesome builds

I really like where you're going with this. So often when I'm talking about M&M, people try building some of their favorite characters and just can't get them in under the points.

On the icon list-

I'm a little surprised that Hulk isn't on the list.

Another popular one (at least among friends) is Deadpool.

Maybe the classic Fantastic Four?

Anybody that has had a movie in the last decade?

Thinking on the subject really drives home just how much better Marvel is than doing than DC at being out in the public eye.

Yeah, the Hulk probably should be on the list.

But Deadpool? I'm not so sure. I'm not sure anybody who isn't into comics would know who he is, off hand.

Good point about anyone with a movie (no matter how bad some of them were, just my 2 cents) so I added the FF & Hulk to the voted in list along with Robin, Catwoman & Deadpool (I don't see him as iconic outside anyone who reads comics but hey - if he gets enough votes then I'll whip up a build of him).

FWIW, my 6 year old knows the Ghost rider song. With 2 movies, Ghost Rider is probably fairly well known.

If we are talking villains then Lex Luthor and the Joker are the first two that spring to mind.

And the Hulk gets my vote as well.

Thanks.

From what I've read of Bobbi in action I've only really seen her trip her opponents up by forcing them to make tactical mistakes (which thought Improved Trick covered the best) and mostly made comments after. Just me, maybe I just haven't read the same books as you catsi but there's always the option of her using Teamwork to give Hawkeye a bit of help when he'd Taunt someone.

For the Icons the true icons are

Batman Peak Human Crime Fighter Icon
Cap Peak Human Leader Super Soldier
Spidey Defines Iconic the everyman
Hulk The Jeckyl and Hide Icon, The Strongest
Thor The God Icon
Superman The Paragon icon the American dream Icon
Wonder Woman The Warrior Icon, The Feminine Icon
Flash Fastest Man alive icon
Green Lantern Everyman given Ultimate power icon
Aquaman Iconic ocean hero

Pretty much every hero in one way shape or form has been both influenced by or affected by one of these heroes. The above list also represents in many ways the culmination of many stories throughout history. Jeckyl and Hyde, beauty and the beast, Zorro, Sherlock Holmes. Stories and mythology which gave rise to the heroes of our modern mythos.

Villains include
Joker the psycho clown and what the hero could be if he fell
Lex Luthor the normal human criminal who any of us could be
Magneto the downtrodden minority who fights for his people by any means
Doom the arrogant dictator
Doomsday the Monster
Doctor Octopus The mad scientist

Wow, great list..

Except, while I agree that Luthor should be on the list- our reasons differ. I'd put him on the list because he represents the dangers of wealth and power- unchecked capitalism.

Black Adam, Black Manta, and Red Skull are all great choices because they are all the Iconic Distaff villain, the dark mirror to the heroes.

Yep, that is quite a list.

Though I do think that the villain builds I'll do will be on a different scale compaired to the heroes, they've got to be just a bit challenging right?
