DC Wildstorm's Wetworks character Jester

Has anyone created Jester from the team Wetworks?
He was covered by a symbiote that had enhanced strength, near invulnerability,regeneration, but also gave Jester his own unique power.

He was able to morph into anything he wanted so I would give him Morph 4. However he was also able to shape his body in other ways such as making a whole in himself to allow someone to shoot through him to another enemy. He also created blades out of his morphing which I know is easy Damage, but he could also create guns out of his hands etc. Would creating guns just be ranged damage descriptor morph?

He even turned himself into a werewolf once and had all of their abilities. Would that mean I would have to go as far as giving him a variable power to change his traits to mimic other abilities he changes into?

If someone already has him made up it would be great or if someone is familiar with the character and has any ideas to help.

I've done several Wildstorm builds, but I haven't read any Wetworks. If I do, I'll give him a shot. But it sounds like you already have him roughed out, and I think maybe Variable 3, which gives 15 flexible points, as an Alternate effect of Morph 4 or vice versa, should be enough to work him out.
