I'm fairly new here and I figured that if I'm going to use all of you guys as sources then I should put what I've managed to cobble together out there for others to use as well.
Also, I'm fairly new to M&M so if anyone spots a mistake in the math or otherwise, please do let me know.

COMPLICATIONS

What's Past is Prolog
Aaron isn't the first person that the watcher Desu has made into an avatar, though he is only the second that has been granted super powers. Though Aaron has no knowledge of this fact, Desu has played some part in every age since the last Heroic Age, on both sides of the board, in his persute of knowledge, and some of those former avatars have made enimies. Aaron doesn't know any of this of course, as far as he is concerned he is the first. Fortunately, none of the other avatars were identified as such... hopefully

A HIGHER PPOWER
Aaron doesn't worship any god, and quite frankly he's not too sure one exists at all, but this Desu character is about as close as Aaron thinks you can get. He knows there art things he's not being told, but so long as Aaron has these powers, then by the five, he is going to use them to help people.
