I'm running a game where a PC has the Time Control power. First question, the rules state: "You can grant yourself or one other person within range the benegits of Super-Speed." Does that mean yourself or yourself and one other person, or does it mean yourself or another person? The word "other" in there is a bit misleading.
Second question, does the "other person" include objects, like a horse, or a vehicle, or a weapon? Or does the "other person" have to be an intelligent being?
The reason I'm asking is the PC has a side-kick who has a spectral horse he can summon (the side-kick has the Running power with the special effect of the power being that it is a horse). He wants to be able to use his Time Control powers to speed himself, his sidekick, and the horse up to super-speed so they can get to the scene faster than normal. Can he do that, or can he only speed himself and his sidekick up leaving the horse run at normal, or can he only speed himself OR his side-kick up? And would speeding the side-kick up also make the horse go faster because the horse is really just the side-kick's power with a special effect, or in this case would the horse be a third entity?
