I would link it to Transform instead.
It nice clean and to the point.
But ProdigyDuck's version is really more accurate and you can fine-tune it for speed of infection.
I would make it a package as I am planning for a Gamma World game (post-apocalypse mutant rpg)
The Zombie container is:
Immunity (disease, aging, poison, suffocation)
With Transform [mind] (raging desire to devour the living)
Extra feat; Rage x4
Poison (see below) [uncontrolled, touch]
Poison drains CON and INT (first ed)
Triggers the container upon reaching 0.
My personal game's tweak is that zombies are living nerve cells in a controlled but unnecessary flesh body that need to consume nerve cells to keep alive.
..so they go for the most obvious massive nerve lumps they can find. ;p
They are living and can run like in 28Days. But killing the body does not stop them. And the infection is treated like an poison ability.
