So if I want a character to be able to shrink down and rescue people out of tight places by shrinking them and slipping them out, is it really necessary to buy that as Shrinking/Attack?
Clothing and (presumably) light items are shrunk along with the character, so applying the Increased Mass Extra looks pretty reasonable to me.

Attack is not required, but since it's a personal power you will need the Affects Others extra.

Won't work on an unconscious person -- and a conscious one might well freak out.
Shrinking, Affects Others costs the same as Shrinking plus Shrinking Attack.
I suppose Shrinking Attack, limited to unresisting targets would work... and the 50 lb inanimate limit could then be boosted with Increased Mass, if desired.
