Ghost archetype in book of magic, need help

Ghost archetype in book of magic, need help

I'm trying to use the Ghost build in Book of Magic from the monsters and minions section as a guide to make some minions for my new PC. When I add up the points for his powers, i get 107 instead of 102. This may be because i don't know what they gave point wise for the powerloss drawbacks on concealment and regeneration but i am stumped, been through the math three times. could somebody take a look and give me some assistance please. The book says it should add up to 102.

Concealment 20pps
Flight 3pps
Immunity 40pps
Innsubstantial 21pps
Regeneration 15pps
Super Senses 3pps
Telekinesis 7pps
power loss drawbacks? concealment -1pp
regeneration -1pp
Total 107pp

If you assume the drawbacks are -4 for concealment and -3 for regeneration the math works.

We don't really know how they built the drawbacks, but it's legal for them to refund up to 5 points each.

I'm going to guess they considered the sense drawback would occur more often so I made it the higher of the two.

ok, thanks. Most of the drawbacks we have used have been cookie cutter out of the book with little or no changes so i wasnt sure.
