Generally because I can I'm creating a character who's main and really only power is emotion control. Unfortunately since I haven't had much chance to work with the system so I want to make sure I'm doing it right.

Selective attack 1pt
4 points per rank * 10 ranks = 40 points
Feats:
Slow fade (1 month limit) 10 pts
Subtle 2 pts
for a total of 52 points at rank 10 right?
