Here are thre three logos for the prospective comic book company that i'm trying to put together...

Image

Liberty First Comics was very much liked, but was in the last place due to the color of the liberty tree in the background. So I truend the black tree green as everyone had said that the black just wasn't that nice. and turning it green was best. Though i've thought of doing it in brown and green...

Image

AVC (American Values Comics) was the second most liked of the three logos.

Image

Meritorious Comics... This was one of the more popular ones while i was showing the three off at the VAMC while I was seeing my primary care physicaian.. i was looking for the best one that would be well receieved by Veterans and active duty military personnel that the comics are going to be aimed towards. Meritorious Comics was liked because it uses the original purple heart as part of the identity.

This young lady remidns me alot of one of my WEGs Star Wars Characters Ana Tathis, I made a variation of her for a campaign. She was a fun character to play thats for sure.

Hi there Catsi... :)

I loved WEG d6 Star Wars. I used that system for Traveller as well. :)

The character the picture is from, was from a Star Wars PbEM that i was in... she was a really good character in the game. always was there when something needed to get done.

Hello there...

This is one of my newest character designs for The Liberators Project. I went with the long handled double-bladed axe to go with his personal hand-to-hand combat style that mixes dance after seeing the way that Loki was fighting with the powered spear during The Avengers.

Today was an amazing day... Stan Lee came to the 30th Anniversery Celebration of Heroes Convention here in Charlotte, NC. And I did a good deed for someone on Friday, they where driving a big cargo truck... and they didn't have the exact change for parking. So I paid it for them.

And walking with them to the convention hall to buy the tickets for me and my sister for this weekend, we ended up talking. and when i said that i was exicted that Stan Lee was going to be there... and that i was gonna try and buy the special 'True Believer' and 'Excelsior' tickets that would allow you to get to spend time with Stan Lee. But i was a little iffy about it since they stopped selling those special tickets.

well, he said not to worry about it. and he grinned at me and showed me the logo on his tee-shirt. "Stan Lee Collectables" and that he'd get me in to see Stan Lee for helping them out. On Saturday i talked with Mr. Lee's agent/handler who asked me when would be a good time for me to meet with him, and i said that I wished i could have met him that night. but my sister had been forced to work that night and we where having to leave half-way through the festivities on Saturday... missing half the pannels we were wanting to go to. So it'd have to be on Sunday. He said that was great, and that we were to be there first thing when we got there this morning.

We showed up, and they gave us the time that they had been able to make for our meeting.

My sister and I were totally Gobsmacked when he came up, and started to talk to us. He said thank you for helping out his guys. that they had told him what i had done on Friday and he was so happy to know that there were such good people in the world.

I was really in awe, and he saw my artwork and liked it as we were talking. And i told him a little bit about myself. and told him how people call me a hero and how bad it hurts me. because i don't see myself as anything close to a hero. and he just smiled at me and said something so amazing...

"If someone thinks you are a hero... then you are a Hero."

He took the drawing of my signature character... American Patriot, that i was givin to him as a gift because he really liked it and the quality of it. and he signed it. he said something about me being able to sell it for alot of money and when i said i would never sell it. he then added something to it.

Image

"Now you have proof that you are a real hero."

When i started to cry he shook my hand and smiled. there were people all around us... who were recording what was happening on their camera phones. I am hoping that someone posts it on youtube. Because my sisiter and i were so shocked that Stan Lee was actually there... talking to us. that we didn't get to take a picture. and later when we had that chance... my cameras batteries died after the first picture that i took of him during his last big pannel.

So if possible... if anyone sees this video, please... please let me know so i can get a copy of it.

Lord Arcane IV
Image

Cloak of Arcane Movement: Interior is the color of the Night Sky, and the exterior the color of the daylight sky... allows the wearer to fly, teleport and even travel between dimensions.
Due to his pale hair and clear blue eyes, Lord Arcane wears clothing that has a blue tint... especially the color of the night sky as a way to remind him he must walk the path of Light, Law, Goodness and Justice.
