Couldn't Reinhardt just grab the third ship and throw it towards the Gulf?

James blurred through the air, reapparing behind the alien woman. "Rankyaku!"Normal attack 1d20+12=17 Hero Point to re-roll, leaves me with one 1d20+12=23 Lowest result possible with a HP. DC 27 if that hits. Withstand Damage at +5/-5.

Working her way through the insides of the creature she leaves trails of poly-mimetic nanobots not only to try to infiltrate but also to form the necessary bonds to manipulate the wiring*.
Their directive is to detach wires, unplug plugs, and generally cause a mess of circuits. The T-X in the movie sent automobiles after the hero, so the animate machine ability must have some degree of manipulation as well as taking over programming.
I don't know how you might factor this in, but
Animate Machine power check (1d20+10=26)

that's a miss. close, but a miss

Xiao doesn't notice as the blast only shears off his long braid
"Are you all right?" he asks Empowered

(I'll say this stuns it for a turn.)
"BEWARE...I LIVELIVELIVELIVELLLLLLLLLL"
Sinistar just hangs in the air and babbles like that in lieu of attacking.
(Back to Charli).

That hits.
Got a 4, HP for reroll.
1d20+12=32
Your blast dissipates against her biotic shield.
Meanwhile, the two saiyans turn their attention to Carter and Xiao. Blasting them with their finger lasers.
1d20+10=23, 22 DC 29 if those hit.

First roll was a natural 1, so HP to re-roll.
Re-rolled Neural Scrambler Attack: (1d20+13=31), and that's a critical so it's a Will DC 26.

1d20+9+5-5=16 Might hit if he's stunned. DC 35 Toughness if it does.

Variable to Paralyze 14 (E: Affects Objects Only, Ranged; PF: Precise; F: Machines Only)
Attack roll: 1d20+10=29
DC24 Will save; shouldn't need Selective to keep from affecting Zoe, since it isn't an Area effect, Precise should be enough.
