Atlanteans ares much like elves in this world with a bit of high tech. They are shorter and thinner than humans and have polychromatic hair like in anime. She MAY have met some, since their only city is located in the middle of the Bermuda Triangle.

Just to let everyone know, I made a few changes to my character. Since Redline is the Speedster of the group, I took Lady Freedom's powers down so she doesn't surpass redline in speed. Protect the niches!

The temptation to start writing fics in this world is growing stronger.

One of the reasons that I joined the board was to increase my skill and making even coming to enjoy writing. I think that this story is really helping to break that barrier.

At the same time, there are so many stories that we as players can tell that probably wouldn't make it into a normal game because of timing issues. For example, an incredible scene could be written with several of the characters having a chat while in one of the common kitchens, or touring the museum- things that would end up slowing down the main story too much for the players not involved in that scene.

So, I'm asking for Cobalt's permission to start that, to offer out invitations and how best to proceed with that?

Thanks,
Spectrum

Maybe a secondary IC thread dedicated to downtime activities?

Sounds like a really cool idea however it can be worked out.

I would be up for a downtime thread, we could make it go all around. Bad puns aside I think it would be fun. It would have to be mostly roleplay and dependent upon how much 'blue would be willing to let us play around with his NPC's though. We don't want cobalt blue to have to worry too much about the second thread. If we do get the go ahead we do have the "few days to explore" to start it in. The meeting may be our first official meeting but we may have met each other in these days.

Sandy- how tall is Amazonia?

Also, would there be anything in your dossier about being a technopath?

6'2

No there would not be. She is keeping that a secret because of her fear of being mistaken as the chrysalid of Dr. Deathstroke or one of his cronies.

I apologize for the IC uniform post. I think I took some OOC discussion and carried it over to IC. My bad.

So apparently I could use a real technopath right about now, it appears that my computer has decidedit's time to give up the fight. So over the next few days I am going to be shopping for a lap top that will suitmy needs, unfortunately that means Iay be absent from these boards until Friday, or potentially Monday. I apologize for the delay and will update my time frame as soon as possible.

If needwd you can write me out until then, or just ghost my charqcter how ever you see fit until I can get back to a regular posting schedule in a few days.

Again, I apologize for any delay or interruptions this may cause.

I wouldn't worry about it. Her comments were good ones and valid. :)

Good luck with the hunt. Hopefully, we're not toooo far from the back to school sales that you can still get a good price.

I can't speak for everyone else, but I got it. However I think we better qualify for the trope Ragtag Bunch of Misfits, myself. ;)
