Free action for Assessment, Move action to step forward a bit and then Standard action to ready an attack against the first one that gets close enough. I'll use Defensive Attack and Take 10 so it will be an 18 on the attack and Damage DC25 if it hits. My Dodge and Parry will go up to 12.
That'll also drop my Initiative to 16, equal to the Biomorphs.



I already mentioned she had her defenses up, and using;
-Rainbow Barrage: Ranged Damage 7, Multifire, Accurate 2
Neo Tells me there are 3 targets in front, so I'm attacking the three of them using the multiple target option for Multiattack for a -3 on each attack roll.
Multifire attack(-3 for 3 targets) (1d20+12-3=24, 1d20+12-3=26, 1d20+12-3=28) Oooo, that last was is SOOO nearly a crit.
Anyways, no damage bonus since using multiple targets option, just a straight DC22 Toughness



Two attack Darklite, one attacks Trissa
Attack rolls against Darklite are 22 and 15, DC is 23
Attack roll against Trissa is 21, DC is 23 as well

Only the 23 hit. Toughness (1d20+7=11) Case in point. HP to re-roll that. Toughness (1d20+7=14) Plus 10 is 24
Using her Baton and Energy Aura's second effect (the Strike) together for a total rank 11 attack. I really need to fix Energy Aura when i get a chance. That Activation:Standard makes it essentially useless.
Anyways, Defensive Accurate attack +2/-2 Accurate Defensive Attack (1d20+8=10) And that'll miss, but her Defenses are 2 higher.


That 21 just misses due to Defensive Attack.
I'll Defensive Attack again and throw the spear at one of the ones attacking Darklite. Take 10 again for an 18 and Toughness DC 25. I don't see anything in the book about penalties for attacking into melee so that should hit.
Dodge and Parry are again at +12.



Darklite, one attack with 19, Dc is 23
Trissa, one attack with a 23, DC is 28, due to power attacking
6 soldiers taken out, two make the dodge and the save, the Valkyries easily make the save.
Arcanaut, your action, please and please, both of you, roll for initiative.

Attack: Arcane Cannon: Ranged Area Burst Damage 10 (Penetrating 8, Incurable)
Initiative: 1d20+1=8

Toughness save (1d20 + 10=14) I believe that's a 3rd degree failure leaving Trissa Staggered and Injured.
I'll use Power Attack and Take 10 for a 19 total attack and Damage DC 26 if it hits.
Dodge and Parry are back to +10.

Same shtick, Accurate Defensive attack +2/-2, I'll take make it a routine check this time since I remembered. 18 has been hitting for Trissa, so this should be fine, DC is 27-2(for Accurate attack), so DC25


Need an Initiative from the wizard. Valkyries are at 16
