Sorry, somehow missed that this was on a separate page.

Atomic Dragon 1 + 9 = 10 initiative.

Have we really been waiting for a single Init roll for four days?

Can't the GM just roll for him? Skip him?

The game has lost serious momentum.

Yes, I could. However, Jack (Phantom Mouse) is the reason I'm running this game at all. It was at his request and given his personal circumstances I wanted to extend to him some extra time to make the roll and participate.

I will roll his intitative, but I will not exclude his character from the action rounds or the story narrative until he tells me that it is ok to do so. I'm sorry if this presents a problem for anyone.

I understand.
As to rolls, probably a time limit on rolling would be a good idea, just to keep the game moving. I don't mind the GM rolling some things for me, I enjoy a little mystery.

To speed things up, I will be rolling most resistance rolls for the characters. Then allowing them the opportunity to spend a hero point to edit the scene, counter, improve the roll, etc..

Regarding JF's initiative roll; I really didn't think it was that big of an issue. I have limited opportunities to post during the week, so it's not as if I would have been reacting to any of the active character's actions until this weekend. I can understand that some would prefer a faster game, but I know Phantom Mouse's ability to post is limited (typically on the weekends) - I respect that and I am willing to run the game at a pace that works within his schedule.

Well, in all fairness, you need to let your other players know that. I had no idea that you were going to running such a slow-paced game.

It would have been nice to let everyone know what they were signing up for.

I believe I stated in an earlier post that I would be posting primarily on weekends. That's the pace of the game. I'm sorry you feel that you were misled. You're more than welcome to stay and continue to participate or if the pacing and plotting of the game doesn't suite you I'll understand if you choose to go elsewhere.

BP...Are you still participating in the game? If so, you're up. If not, please let me know.

Thanks

Sorry, my I-Net is set up to log in here everyday, but I haven't actually been able to check most of this week. I was getting the house ready for Mom to come home from the Rehab Home (which funnily enough she hated at first and then practically begged not to have to leave) and trying to get back into a good groove between taking care of myself and helping her out.
