As far as your character goes, the skills are all over the place. Not to mention, if you don't have any points in a skill, you really don't need to list em. With skills, you need to look at your character's back story and then see how the skills would fit in.
For example, if you have Investigate, most people usually pair it up with diplomacy, bluff or intimdate, yet you have no skill points towards those. Then: Life Sciences, Arcane Lore, Streetwise. How do these play into your characters story? What sort of profession is your character involved in? If you have investigate, why is your Sense motive so low? Rearranging your skills would help you drop some points.
