Edited Kinex, I actually didn't have an extra point to spend it was just a holdover from the ski's sheet where I deleted a feat but didn't delete the descriptor. Folded the flare into ae of his kinetic punch. As for the persuasion, he was a very likeable young man, but his dad taught him every trick he could to get people to "come around" as he put it when asking for information or favors. Looking for clues is great but if no one will talk to you, you'll hit a brick wall pretty fast in your investigation. Edited that into the backstory.

Ah - I'd missed the Daze advantage. That requires a choice between Deception or Intimidate - I'm going to assume Deception since his Intimidate is +0.

I PM'd him this morning - he had missed the IC post going up, so I expect something soon.

If you want to post more 'day in the life' stuff, feel free - the setting is a work-in-progress, so I'm good with players establishing some NPCs: snitches, harried-but-honest cops, scumbags, etc. The "Guy in the Tower" is off-limits for now - he'll be a major NPC, as will be the mayor, the D.A. and some city council members.
