The Alternate Form "form" cuts off the powers section when you add too many traits. It should probably switch to a collapsed scrollbar area or something, or at least make the box sizable.
In the current state, I can't add any additional powers. I can click in the powers area and use the down arrow key to scroll down, but as you can see in the screenshot, the powers section down scroll bar is obscured.
