Am I missing something or is this a bug? When I select Strength-Effect, I notice that no Flaws are available, only Extras.

I wan't to be able to add a Quirk to the Strength-effect and it's not a choice (nor is any other Flaw).

Same thing for Impervious Toughness. Apparently, when Colen asked about it, Green Ronin's response was that the "ability enhancements" should have no flaws.

I don't see how Strength-Effect is related to Saving Throws.

The concept is the same. Would it not make more sense for the Strength Effect quirk or flaw to be a complication instead of a flaw.
