Is there a way to post your hero lab character sheets on these forms?

^_^ The Role Call forum is the usual place. To export a BBCode version, got to File/Output Hero Statblock and navigate to the BBCode tab. I usually then hit Copy from there and paste it into a new post.

A few tips:
* Disable Similes to avoid issues where a value equals 8 and and followed by a parenthesis.
* Make sure any powers you have in use are turned on to ensure they show up.
* If you have a Variable power, the Power Settings don't quite export right (They only show the name of the setting without anything in it). Last I heard, they plan to fix that, but it hasn't happened yet. My usual method is to either a) name it representatively and b) turn on all of the Power settings, and then modify the output to move the contents of the output in the Powers section down to the Power Settings section.

There's also Custom Output which exports an XML file with the full output, but that's a bit tricky to figure out how to read in for BBCode output.
